Year Purchased: 2008
Property is owned by myself and my wife Sharon. We have been traveling to the Island since 1994 and have been staying on the East coast of the island for the last 5 years. We really love the views of St. Barts and the sunrise on this side of the Island.
Why the Owner Chose Dawn Beach
We were staying at a Villa just down the street from this beautiful boutique hotel. They had been sold out for years but were starting a Phase 2 so we bought it based on the quality of the building and the fantastic views.
