Just sipping a drink on the terrace on the cushy furniture overlooking the sea was a Rich and Famous moment - not a care in the world. The condo interior was just wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped and filled our cooking needs even without a toaster. The beds were heavenly. The eating areas were private with the magnificent views. I just returned home last night. A full moon shone the night before on the terrace and even more appreciated on the Sunset Cruise on the Passaat. We ate at Busby's, Beau Beau' and the favorite for me is Big Fish. For ambiance. food quality and presentation is was unsurpassed. Best food deal if cooking in because the portions are so generous you need a doggie bag. The vegetarian and chicken salads were amazing. This condo is a keeper and will return in the future.

We stayed in this condo the end of April-early May, in combination with my husband's brother and his wife. We loved having the space to spread out, and yet be together when we wanted to. We explored the island and the many food offerings--like your ribs saucy or smoked, we had our favorites. But some of the best times were just relaxing and enjoying the waves. The kitchen was better equipped than we had expected. We'd love to return!

Hello Monique, Just wanted to let you know our trip was fabulous! We loved St. Maarten so will certainly go back; and the condo was perfect. We've rented several times thru VRBO, and once or twice were disappointed - but 706 A & B was exactly as promised - wonderful. With two couples each having their own suite, and the common area and the deck, we had so much space. It was also so helpful to have the kitchen completely outfitted. So thanks for everything!

My husband and I stayed in this fabulous property April 9-16, 2011. It is difficult to list all of the wonderful qualities! We enjoyed the large bedroom, the beautiful tile throughout the home, the wonderful chef's kitchen with everything one could need or want, the luxurious bathrooms and the quiet privacy of a hillside retreat. The corner veranda cannot be described in words! Whether enjoying food and drink at one of the tables, or admiring the view of the beach, breathtaking views of St. Barths, or the blue sea, the patio is one of the aspects which sets this property apart. We have traveled extensively in the islands and have never stayed anywhere which compared to this! Away from the home, we enjoyed the amenities at the Westin just down the hill, loved eating various meals at Busby's/Daniel's by the Sea, and just looking around the island. Pinel is a must, as is Bikini Beach and an evening in Marigot. We also took a day trip to Anguilla which was a nice experience. Overall, a wonderful trip which was enhanced by Monique's personalized care to meet our every need! This is a place to stay over and over....

The four of us had an excellent vacation. We loved the sound of the waves and the view of the ocean as we ate breakfast on the patio every morning. Lunches and or dinners were eaten out at Mr. Busby's during the day or Daniels by the Sea at night, Captain Oliver's, Big Fish and Pirates Night buffet on Wednesday at the Westin. The weather could not have been any better - no rain, no bugs only glorious sunshine. We spent many hours at the beach or beside the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the all day catamaran ride around the island provided by Eagle Tours. The beautiful spacious condo provided everything we needed. The king size beds were most comfortable to sleep on and the outdoor patio sectional very relaxing. We would highly recommend these accomodations to anyone looking for a very clean and well maintained property. All the office and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Monique for all your help in planning an awesome vacation we will never forget. We hope we can back again soon.

Beautiful condo with 2 full master suites. Gorgeous patio with dining table and oudoor sofas for enjoying the view. Has many amenities and decorated tastefully. Hope to get there again soon.

We Loved your place. The outside balcony was incredible. The unit was well equipped and we really felt at home. The daily maid service was wonderful and addressed your every need. The only negative was the step walking out of the patio doors as the tile was uneven and stubbed my foot on it everytime and then the step down to the deck also fooled me and caught me off guard. We put obstacles there to remind us. I have to look hard to find any other complaints. Beds were great. Didn't really eat there too much as the St. Maarten restaurants are all so good. Floaters had the best sushi grade tuna seared i have ever had. Abu Gazi the best shwarma. Cafe on the Bay ( New ) Trilogy of Duck ( Unreal ) and I can go on and on. Thoroughly enjoyed these accomadations and would highly recommed. I will take it again for the whole month of January if it's available.

I know that the step down to the deck is designed specifically to address heavy rains and prevent water from entering. Please stay with us again soon.

Awesome condo with stunning views of st barts. We've been to st Maarten in the past but love this location the best! Dawn beach and oyster pond is awesome. The condo is very new, spacious, and well appointed with marble and granite throughout. This particular unit is the best in princess heights because of the large corner outdoor veranda. It was amazing to sit outside on the outdoor couch and watch the moon rise! Busbys on the beach is fantastic and would highly recommend that beach, the snorkeling is great and the water is so pretty and clear. Definitley rent a car and I recommend renting one from the airport. The condo is not too hard to find and it will save you at least a 50$ cab ride one way. Can't wait to go back!!

Absolutely Amazing!!

We just returned last night from a week in paradise! The layout of this condo is perfect for two couples with the nearly identical bedrooms each with private bathrooms that have jacuzzi tubs being separated with common space in between. The patio had amazing views and wonderful furniture to sit back, relax and enjoy our evening cocktails. Dawn Beach is away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough for us to go into town just about every night. It was a great base location to explore the island.

We had an awesome stay! The beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean as the maid service cleaned daily. The pictures of the unit don't do it justice. We ate every meal on the patio as the tradewinds kept it very pleasant, even with the summer heat. We played in the pool, at the beach and we went snorkeling almost everyday. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay were provided in the unit. We would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay on Sint Maarten. Monique was very helpful in planning our stay. We'll definately be back!! Thanks for everything, Ted and Susan

The Condo rental was absolutely wonderful... I really don't have words that would justify just how great it was. All the comforts of home.... and a million dollar view to match. ABSOLUTELY LOVED the patio. The Beds were wonderful. We stayed with my son and daughter in law who were on their honeymoon. The 2 bedroom set up is perfect for this. They had their own space, and could join up with us when they wanted to. AMAZING VACATION!!!!!

Our 3 week vacation in St. Maarten was perfect. We loved the view from our condo and staying outside on comfortable furniture during the evening. We were surprised to have whirlpool tubs, all types of kitchen amendments and quality appliances. It was top notch and the perfect location for us to access all the beaches we wanted to. We also enjoyed having the amenities of the Westin. Their Sunday brunch was great. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Island.
