Minimum age is 25 years old to rent our Treasure Island condominium. The renter must occupy the condo during the rental period. We do not permit sublets.
Our Treasure Island unit 805 on the eighth floor is available for weekly rentals starting Saturday, March 17, 2012. Our prices include cleaning after departure and all taxes.

Our prices include the cost of cleaning after departure and all taxes. There is a $20 on-site registration fee, but no other costs to renters. A $300 refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation. From March through Mid-October we provide free beach service. We offer free password protected wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi). Our condo is fully furnished with towels, linens, cookware, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils.Our condo requires no smoking and no pets, other rental policies and procedures are listed below.
Our condo is decorated in the contemporary style. There is a 52 inch projection TV in the Great Room, and free high speed Internet access by secure wireless router available for your laptop.
Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews state park. The resort opened in August, 2005, and everything is now ready for your stay. The 120 foot long heated pool is open with deck chairs and gazebos, the fitness room with Gulf view is ready, and the sugar white sandy beaches await.
Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos, and the building is served by four high speed elevators. It has nine (9) foot ceilings, and is decorated in the contemporary style with high quality furnishings and appointments. Rent directly from us and save!
Our Treasure Island condo accommodates up to six (6) guests. It has two bedrooms and a built in bunk bed area, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a thirty (30) foot long by nine (9) foot wide Gulf front balcony.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, and there are built in twin bunks off the dining area. The great room has sliding glass doors with access to the Gulf front balcony.
Treasure Island is a family friendly resort located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach. It has covered parking in a structure with covered walkovers to the condo building at the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors. Neither smoking nor pets are permitted anytime either inside or on the balcony of our condo.

We have stayed in numerous condos and this one is at the top of the list. The unit is very spacious, clean, great accommodations and the owners were very nice to work with. The beach chairs and umbrella service that is included with the unit is an extra bonus. This unit is definitely worth staying at!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is our second year renting this unit and we will be coming back next year. The rates are better than most units offered in the building. We have been extremely satisfied and the owners are very accommodating and attentive. The unit is clean; smells fresh; and the furnishings are very nice. The unit is spacious and we are able to sleep 6-8 people comfortably without running over each other. The beach chairs and umbrella service that is included with the unit are a must in the hot Florida sun. Providing the beach service with the condo rental was the deal closer for us. You won't be disappointed with this unit!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
