Arrive Saturday, September 13 and stay twelve (12) nights for a total cost of $1195 departing Thursday, September 25. Our prices always include the cost of cleaning after departure and all taxes. There are no other costs to renters.
Hurricane Insurance: We will provide a prorated refund for any nights missed if you arrive late or depart early due to a tropical storm. We don't want anyone in a dangerous storm situation worried about losing rent money.
Late Fall and Winter Months: Treasure Island 805 is available for a four and one-half month stay from November 3, 2008 through March 14, 2009. Monthly rates vary by month and duration of stay ranging between $1295 and $1495 including all costs.
Fall/Winter Special: Arrive Monday, November 3,2008 and stay four and one-half months departing Saturday, March 14, 2009 for a total cost of $5,400. That is a $1,200 monthly rate averaged over the whole four and one-half month period. Our prices always include all costs.

From early March through mid-October we provide free use of the beach service including two padded lounge chairs with umbrella on the sandy beach set up each morning by an attendant (a $100 value for the week free to our renters). Our condo is fully furnished with all new contemporary style furniture, bedding and electronics. There is a 52 inch projection TV in the Great Room, and free high speed cable modem Internet access available for your laptop.
Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews state park. The resort opened in August, 2005, and everything is now ready for your stay. The 120 foot long heated pool is open with deck chairs and gazebos, the fitness room with Gulf view is ready, and the sugar white beaches await.
Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos, and the building is served by four high speed elevators. Please be one of the first guests to enjoy our new Gulf front vacation retreat. It has nine (9) foot ceilings, and is decorated in the contemporary style with high quality furnishings and appointments. Rent directly from us and save!
Our Treasure Island condo accommodates up to six (6) guests. It has two bedrooms and a built in bunk bed area, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a thirty (30) foot long by nine (9) foot wide Gulf front balcony.
The master bedroom has a brand new king sized bed and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The great room also has sliding glass doors to the Gulf front balcony. The condo is elegantly decorated in the contemporary style.
Treasure Island is a family friendly resort located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach. It has covered parking in a structure with covered walkovers to the condo building at the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors. Neither smoking nor pets are permitted anytime either inside or on the balcony of our condo.
