This home is elegantly decorated with your comfort in mind. 40" Sony Flat Screen TV in Living room with DVD, 800+ channels Comcast Cable. Just kick off your shoes and relax,
House is fully furnished, luxury linens, lots of utensils, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, glassware, etc. Blender, mixer, coffee maker, toaster broiler oven, flip-waffle maker, microwave, the list goes on and on. Truly a home away from home.
Beautiful Master bedroom with king size double pillow top posterpedic thick mattress for restful sleep, new flat screen TV, desk for the laptop, and a very large walk-in closet with plenty of space for hanging and storage for the extended stay.
Second bedroom/den is smaller with Single Queen Anne bed plus a trundle to make a king bed, if needed.
Also a new heavy-duty commercial folding cot with extra thick mattress. Good size and safe sleeping for the large adult.
Long front porch with 3 rockers make for some relaxed southern reading. A screened-in porch on the back w/chairs and attached larger privacy outdoor patio/lania with large gas grill, chairs and large table.

Our beautiful 8 stall Dressage Farm is also available for the 2012/2013 equestrian season. Run this farm as if it were your own. Includes 100x200 A+ footing ring, Grooms Apt, 5 XL paddocks, A+ drinking water, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry,exceptionally clean. Call for details on all amentieis and reasonable rates. Complimentary maid service in common areas bi-weekly.
There are 2 rate schedules: SEASONAL and OFF-SEASON.
Rates include electric, water, landline phone,Comcast cable and High-speed Wireless Internet (DSL).
DAILY OFF-SEASON:
$125/night from May 1st through October 31st.
Monthly discount rates upon request.
SEASON beginning November 1st through April 30th:
SEASONAL rate is $2800/month for 4 months, $3000.00 for 3 months includes all utitlites!!! Deep discount for 5th month!
***HOWEVER***...
if available during the season months, DAILY RATE is $175.00 per night.
Holiday rates will apply if staying the day before and the day of Memorial Day, 4th of July,Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter.

OTHER FEES:
Dogs are most welcome, but must be pre-approved first. Dog fee is $50 per dog, 2 dog max. A one-time cleaning fee of $65.00 for cleaning service. Both will be collected at time of signing. Sorry, no cats. Security Deposit is $250.00.

If staying more than 3 weeks: Cleaning fee, dog fee and security deposit will be more according to length of stay.

- Pet Friendly : Maximum of 2 dogs. Breed of dogs must be pre-approved first. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines and on a flea treatment. Your four-legged family member will find doggie treats in the pantry along with 2 food bowls and toys. Sorry, no cats allowed.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations) : Ramp from garage that easily can accomidate a wheelchair.
- Kid Friendly : Plenty of childrens books, activity books, and even a sno-cone machine! Also, if we know the age of the child, we make sure there is a treat or two for them upon arrival.

Why the Owner Chose Wellington
We love Wellington for it's convenience of restaurants, museums, theaters, nightlife, sports venues, shopping locations, and the ocean, plus it's family friendly atmosphere throughout the village. A slower pace with no city sky scrappers. Yet we are only 5 minutes outside of West Palm Beach, 20 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, City Place and 25 minutes from the ocean, Palm Beach and Worth Avenue. Plenty of open spaces, top rated schools and very low crime. All this along with beautiful blue skies, gentle breezes and the daily warmth of sunshine make Wellington and Palm Beach County a haven for all.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is on 6 acres of open land, private, and safe. No other homes to the west or north of us. We are right in the middle of so many conveniences, yet when you drive off the main road into our community, you feel like you are in the country.

Quiet and peaceful cottage, perfect Home Away

When we arrived at the cottage we immediately felt welcomed by the homeowners, the cottage itself and especially Pearlie the resident Guinea Hen that escorted us to the garage. It became our home while awaiting the birth of our grandchild. The beds and furnishings were more than comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for home cooked meals, although there must be more than a dozen restraunts nearby for those who prefer not to cook. With all the shopping and dining you could want only a few minutes away, the cottage is tucked away in a beautiful quiet secluded spot nestled among horse ranches and pine trees. One of my favorite things was enjoying early morning coffee on the back porch with my Ipad for reading and three ducks for company. Alan and Diane were most gracious and helpful and when we left I felt like we were leaving family. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Wellington and I would like to return again!

After a long airplane ride, we walked in to the most charming home with elegant ambiance. Welcoming us was a bottle of wine, cold beers and a fruit basket. We espeically liked the personal gifts with our initals on them. Quite a thoughtful touch. The beds were amazing and the linens top notch. Location could not have been better to all the fabulous restaurants and shops. We came for a family wedding. Thank you Alan and Diane for making this trip enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again when visiting family.

A very charming cottage and country-like atmosphere. Very clean and great for a couple or a family. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby. Owner was very hospitable and friendly. Overall, a perfect place to stay while in the West Palm area.

The Cottage House was a fabulous choice for us as we visited family in Wellington! Great communication with owners, very clean and well maintained! Beds -- the best we've slept in! Quiet, safe, everything we could need or want! Close to grocery stores, malls, etc. Beautiful peaceful setting! Highly recommend and we'll definitely choose the Cottage House again when we need a place in Welllington to stay! Thank you Alan and Diane!

Just spent 12 nights at "The Cottage" and had a wonderful time. We were down for the last weeks of the Winter Equestrian Festival and the location was perfect, had no problems getting to and from, and enjoyed being out of the "show area" and in a more layed back location. Very very clean accomodations, everything you could ever imagine was there. We grilled, baked, etc.!! Had it all. Large capacity washer and dryer, bigger than I have at home!! Loved sitting on the back patio listening to the pond fountain and watching the horses when out for turnout. Would definately stay again, liked the fact that it was a "gated" property.
