Our unit is located in the heart of lower Deer Valley with stunning views of Deer Valley Resort which is less than 1/4 mile away. We just replaced the living room furniture, remodeled the kitchen with new appliances, and granite counter tops. Deer Valley area has excellent cell coverage with most carriers and our unit is equipped High Speed Wireless Internet for your use.
Each bedroom is a private suite/w full baths, new flat screen TV’s and we provide clean comfortable high thread count towels/ linens. The Master suite located separately on the top level, its large private and very spacious. The master suite features his and hers sinks, Jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, and comfortable lounger for quiet reading or relaxing. On the main level we have a huge great room, with game table, large dining and kitchen area. Our condo is equipped with a full size washer/dryer, an attached two car garage, and mud room/w ski storage.
Our townhouse is on the Deer Valley Resort Shuttle route that will pick you up by our front door and drive you to the Snow Park Lodge and takes you back when you’re done skiing. In addition our townhome is just a minutes’ walk to the free city wide bus route that will take you all over Park City and too many popular amenities and attractions.
Deer Valley is less than 1/4 mile away, Main Street 1 mile, Park City Mountain 2 miles, and The Canyons Ski Resort is 5 miles away.

Why the Owner Chose Daystar
We have always wanted a place in the mountains and this resort location was perfect for us. First, it is a short distance from the Salt Lake City Airport (45 minutes door-to-door). Second we found this spacious townhome at the base of the Deer Valley Ski Resort, which offers world class skiing to all levels of skiers. Nearby is the quaint mountain town of Park City and there are numerous gourmet restaurants in and around the area. The summer offers additional amenities: great mountain hiking, trout fishing in nearby streams and reservoirs, biking, superb public golf courses and delightful evenings spent outside in the fresh mountain air.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Convenience to the airport and ski lifts: Salt Lake City Airport is less than an hour from the front door. The ski lifts of Deer Valley are less than a mile away with the ski lifts of the Park City Mountain no more than 3 miles from the townhome. Gourmet restaurants are walking distance. We live on the coast of North Carolina and enjoy outdoor sports and travelling. We have always wanted a home in the mountains that was easily accessible for us to enjoy during the ski season as well as in the summer months. It's been fun exploring the area surrounding Deer Valley and beyond: Salt Lake City, the Sundance Resort, Heber City, Midway, nearby reservoirs and other nearby ski area (Park City, the Canyons, Alta and Snowbird).

We were very happy with the condo...it's location was great, the views were amazing, the furnishings made us feel at home! The listing photos did not do it justice! Everything was neat and tidy, and clean when we arrived. All of us thouroughly enjoyed our stay there...definitely upped our Sundance experience by having such a nice place to come home to each night. Amazing that the transit system was free..don't know if that was just during the film festival or all year, but it rocked!!! We had a vehicle, but we could have done fine without it. Loved the Tanager Outlet Mall being so close! Best food we had was at Easy Street! Lobster Mac & Cheese...SO yummy! Was also great to be able to cook some of our own meals...the kitchen had a real great variety of cooking items...appliances were modern and nice. All in all, a great place to stay...loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, too. The jacuzzi in the master suite was divine!!! Would totally recommed this place and if I have occasion to be down in Park City again, I would certainly re-book this lovely condo! :-)
