This penthouse condo enjoys gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico with Southern sun exposure for great natural lighting especially in Winter months. Sunsets are easily viewed from the large balcony. Relaxing water views from the living room and master bedroom are perfect for immersing yourself in the tropical ambience.
For the more action oriented there are plenty of outdoor activities. Kayaks and day sailing boats are available for rent about ½ mile down the Dunedin Causeway allowing exploration of Caladesi and Honeymoon beaches. Caladesi Island beach is routinely rated as one of the Top 10 beaches in the world. The Pinellas bike trail is right outside the condo and covering a distance of 47 miles. This trail travels to many area beaches and through downtown Dunedin.
Downtown Dunedin has a charming collection of restaurants, bars, and art galleries. Also close is Tarpon Springs with authentic Greek restaurants and sponge divers. Clearwater beach is a short drive of about 20 minutes and world-class golfing is available year-round.
