This 3 bedroom 4 bath home is part of the Tan-Tar-A Estates, and has access to the amenities of Tan-Tar-A resort, a popular midwest resort for vacations and conventions. Our home sits quietly in a cul de sac, away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Every morning and all day you can relax on the deck with a spectacular view of the Lake of the Ozarks. This recently updated home of about 2,300 s.f. features a full kitchen with all the usual amenities. Each bedroom is large. The home can comfortably fit two families on vacation together, with many children. There is one huge master bedroom, and one bedroom with two double beds. The loft/3rd bedroom has two bunk beds, and a fold out sofa, and still room to move around. The extra bath comes in handy with two families. Just minutes from the lake, this is a great place for water sports, and to go boating and fishing. If you like shopping, it is less than 15 minutes from one of the most popular outlet malls in America. Tan-Tar-A has indoor and outdoor pools, and a large water slide and indoor water park.
This was our weekend vacation home for about 7 years, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Scenic view from this 3 bedroom 4 bath home in Tan-Tar-A Estates. The home has been remodeled and beautifully decorated. Located at the end of a cul de sac and just a few steps from a community pool. Lake access and all Tan-Tar-A Resort amenities are available. The home can easily house two families with several children. One master bedroom, and one bedroom with two double beds. The loft bedroom has 2 bunk beds and fold out sofa, and can accommodate many children. There is a washer and dryer.
Why the Owner Chose Osage Beach
We purchased this home to use for ourselves, as we did for about 7 years. It was a great weekend getaway. We used it every weekend all summer long, and many times in the off season. There is a large popular outlet mall less than 15 minutes away.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
The property is part of the Tan-Tar-A Estates and Resort, but is separate and apart from the hotel, which makes it quiet and peaceful. The view of the lake from the deck is something to see.
