This Palm Desert retreat in Ironwood country club is decorated Tommy Bahama style, light and bright. There are plantation shutters on all windows that look out onto 5 patios that surround the home. The views of most of the windows and patio are beautiful.
The home is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, linens and towels. There is a formal dining area attached to the living room. Also both bedrooms and the living room include a television. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the master bathroom offers a walk-in travertine shower. The second bedroom is set up for either twin beds or a king size bed and includes its own bathroom.
The kitchen appliances are less than 6 months old. The washer and dryer are also brand new. All floors are ceramic tile with granite countertops and recessed lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a 2 car garage. You have access to 2 pools and spas within a couple of minutes walk from the unit.
Ironwood is nestled against the mountains in South Palm Desert. It is a gated community that offers quiet surroundings and full security. You are minutes from the shops and restaurants on El Paseo, The Living Desert, College of the Deserts weekend swap meet and numerous golf courses.

Why the Owner Chose Ironwood Country Club
I was impressed how nice the unit was and how well maintained the property is. It is located on a quiet street with very little traffic. The winds don't hit this area like they do in the valley.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The location of the home is close to the mountains giving you beautiful views. You have access to 2 pools and spas within a short walk and the fruit trees have tons of fruit during season. The back patio has a beautiful view of the tennis/gym building overlooking a greenbelt. The unit itself has gone thru a renovation with new tiled floors, granite countertops, walk in shower and new appliances in the kitchen. My wife and I have remodeled this house to the standards we like to live in, giving it that special touch instead of throwing stuff into a unit.
