Located in a street very quiet, my 60 sq metre apartment is comfortable and well furnished. Facing a courtyard and the street, this bright, quiet and spacious sleeps up to 4/5 people, add a supplement for the 5th person, 30 euros per night.
The building maintained with security code, large front doors, interphone, caretaker and elevator.
The large living room with fireplace is furnished with 2 very comfortable sofas, with one convertible into a double bed, (160X200), a coffee table, cable TV with DVD, International channels, WiFi (Wireless Internet) access.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, linen provided and a window looking over the courtyard garden.
In the kitchen you can find : Hotplate, microwave, dish washer, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric coffee maker, dishes and all its appliances.
the bathroom has a bath with shower, wc and a window giving you lots of light.
Located next to the OECD, the Palais des Congrès,Arc de Triomphe, it is ideal for exhibitors or visitors. It is also very convenient for those who arrive by plane as there are direct bus from Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) and from Beauvais airport. At 5 minutes by walk from the jardin d'Acclimatation and the bois de Boulogne.
Nearby there is also an RER station with direct trains to Versailles, Disneyland Paris.
Lets feel like a parisian : out your door you’ll find not only early-morning fresh produce markets, but also butcher, boulangerie and fine pastry shops, to say nothing of flower vendors and even an artisan chocolate maker!
Located near restaurants and shopping, you'll enjoy picking up your daily baguette and pastries at one of the city's best bakeries, or "boulangerie", just on the corner of the street. Be sure to try their "éclair au chocolate" and award-winning baguette...you won't be disappointed!

The apartment we rented on Guersant Street, 17th Paris, between Porte Maillot and the Arc de Triomphe was very nice, calm with a lot of space. It was nice to walk to the Arc de Triomph. Thank you for your warm welcome. Regards.
