Beautiful and unique property immersed in the peaceful and quiet hill’s of Lucca with a splendid panoramic view. The house was build in the seventies, furnished in a very particular way and enriched by the owner’s handmade hat collection from which derive the name of the house. The property is also characterized by a big green park area with olive groves, ornamental trees and colorful flowers. Thanks to the strategically position, close to Lucca it is easy to reach the famous historical towns of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa and the fashionable Versilian seaside which offers the tranquility of the coast line in day time and the unforgettable “all night fun” at night time.
INTERIOR: The house is on one floor about 250 mq. The main entrance leads in a spacious living room which is connected by an beautiful arch to the dining room. From the dining room one leads into the fully equipped kitchen where there is direct access to the garden. In the living area there is also a laundry room, a pantry and a small bathroom with bathtub. The night area is made up of one double bedroom and one single bedroom both of which share a bathroom with bathtub, there is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath tub.
PARK: Villa il Cappello is surrounded by a garden of 1000 mq and it is embellished with olive trees, different type of flowers and a vast vineyard area. The garden is furnished with chairs and tables whereas behind the house there is a paved dining area ideal for eating outdoors or to enjoy an relaxing appetizer.
SWIMMING POOL: Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October distancing only 20 m from the villa. The rectangular swimming pool measures 6 x12 meters, and its depth varies from 1,20 m to 3 m. The pool is covered by a blue PVC sheet which gives a bright blue colour to the water. The pool area is fully equipped with sun beds, sun lounges which offers complete relax of the guests.
SERVICES INCLUDED: water, gas for cooking purposes, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, park and pool maintenance.
COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: electricity (on consumption using up to date market prices), extra cleaning in the presence of pets (€ 30,00 per animal per week).
SERVICES UPON REQUEST: extra cleaning (€ 12,00 per hour per person), extra linen change (€ 12,00 per person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), internet key connection (€ 25,00 per week), firewood (€ 15,00/100 kg).
