Dec 20, 2009-Jan 03, 2010 .. $163/night (3 night minimum) .. $1800/week
Reservations can be made by telephone or email, but these must be confirmed in
writing and the letter must include deposit of 20%. The balance of the
booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking
within six weeks of arrival, full payment must accompany the written reservation
confirmation letter, including the $300 security deposit. Security deposit
refunded approximately two to three weeks after your departure. Tax Rate: 13.0%
