We were a big group that we rented 2 houses instead of staying in a hotel. and it was a wise decision. Both were absolutely great, speacilly for kids. we have a lot of fun and it was wonderful returning from the parks and stays by the pool. The location is perfect, near from all the important places that you will visit, the neighbour fantastic and John, the owner of both houses, very reliable. It was important for us because we were travelling with kids, and we need that everything was perfect. And it was more than what expected. definitily recommended. José, from Uruguay.

Our overall stay in the home was great. There were a few things we felt should have been better. For instance, the television in the home should be upgraded, the cooking utensils need to be replaced, the things that we were told should be cleaned when we leave weren't cleaned when we arrived. The game room displayed a pool table on the web site that wasn't. As far as the pool, it should have been cleaned during our stay not when we were leaving watching the gentleman rinse off filters. The electronic game system should be upgraded as well. The overall grade is an 8.

My family recently stayed at this property on our first trip to Disney. We had a large group, with ages ranging from 5-55, and everyone had a great time at this home. The house was well-maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. The house was comfortable enough for everyone to have room to watch tv or play in the gameroom without every being crowded. The pool was really nice and was the main feature after our long days at the park. My only suggestion to the owner to make this home get an excellent rating is to upgrade the tvs in the bedrooms. But other than that, we had a great time at the home and would definitely recommend to other large groups.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful time and this house fit our needs perfectly! We travelled to Disney to celebrate my daughter's senior year spring break and had 10 people in our party: 6 adults, an 18 year old girl, 17 year old girl from Thailand, and 2 16 year old boys (6'5" and 6'3")! Everyone had plenty of room and we were able to enjoy each others company while at the same time get away from each other!! The location was perfect for visiting Disney, having access to grocery stores/restaurants, as well as being able to get out of the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. The 24/7 security put us at ease that our belongings were safe and the kids could roam without worry. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and met every expectation. We will definitely rent this location again in the future if we choose to return!

This was an excellent home, in absolutely amazing condition. LOVED the entire home, with exact views of the pictures in the description. This is an amazing home, a must STAY!!!!

I was a little Skeptical about booking a house online, not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, this house has no doubt exceeded my expectations. It was clean and kid friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday. I liked the fact that it was so close to restaurants and shopping areas. I would definitely recommend this house. My family look forward to next year. The owner was very informative and understanding especially how in the beginning my international credit card was giving us a hassle. The steps were steep for my older aunts but after the second day they were fine. The adults enjoyed the house just as much or maybe more that the kids.

Hi John, We completely enjoyed our stay at your home, it was very cute and secure. Terrra Verde was about 5 minutes off of 192 which meant we could relax after a busy day but still be close enough to be a part of everything. Our family loved the pool. . My family thoroughly enjoyed living in this excellent villa. Loads of space to spread out and the rooms were very comfortable. pool area was a joy and the kids spent most of their time here. Would very much recommend to anyone thinking of taking the villa/drive option. Hope to be back soon. Mark

We loved this house! It was a little smaller than what it appeared like in the pictures, but it was fine. It does need a little more maintenance. For example, some of the bedspreads were torn and one of the footbase board is broken and fell on my daughters foot, which was very painful, and the stove does not work very well, and some of the utensils are broken or chipped in the kitchen. Aside all that, we had a lot of fun! The clubhouse is awesome! We were very close to all the parks and didnt have to drive far to find a Sams Club to do our purchases. In general it was a Good.

We had a great time in Florida even in the heat. everything was clean and uncluttered. The bedding however needs to be replaced showing wear. Other than that a great value for the number of people that can occupy this home.

We rented the house for three families and the place provided ample living space for everyone. The owner was prompt and available for questions prior to booking the house and the overall process was very easy. The ages of our party ranged from 3 to 48 years old and we found the game room, pool and clubhouse all convenient and added to the fun. The location of the house was central to the airport, Disney and Universal. For the avid shopper, the outlets are many and a short distance from the house. The house was clean and in good order upon our arrival. The community was gated so we felt secure and safe during our stay. We would recomend this house to our friends. Thank you to the owner we had a lovely vacation!

Absolutely no suprises .... everything was as the owner stated ..... the home was in very good shape and the furnishings were top end .... the pool, spa and large flat screen TV were great .... we also enjoyed the club house, tiki bar and Friday night band .... had a wonderful winter get away..... can not recommend this home more highly Selection Options: check everything but pets and sight seeing without a car

We recently stayed in this property for 6 days. There were 13 family members celebrating Christmas. The house was huge. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Everyone had his/her own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix a meal and plenty of seating. There is a gameroom in the garage with a pool/pingpong table and also air hockey. Only one cue stick was usable though and there was no net for ping pong. The outside space was nice. The pool was a little chilly since we didn't pay extra to have it heated. There were a few light bulbs out and there wasn't a lamp in one bedroom which made it hard to see at night. Maintenance came and replaced the light bulbs and cleaned the porch. We had a hard time finding the code so that we could use the WIFI. We finally found it. The carpet was a little dirty but we understand that it's hard to clean a place when the previous renters leave at 11 and new renters arrive at 4. The house was in a nice gated community with a clubhouse with pool and other activities available. The house was located close to all the places that we visited while in Kissimmee/Orlando. All in all we had a great stay in this house and would definitely rent it again.

My family utilized the villa for the week of Thanksgiving it was so heart and home felt that we didn't even notice we where not at home for the holiday.There was plenty of room for everyone,compared to hotels which we have used in the past this was a most memorable experience for my family,and would recommend everyone that travels to at least experience this at least once

Great for family vacation!

I rented this home with my extended family. My two sisters, our husbands, our six children (ages 18 months to 7 years) and our parents all stayed together. It was perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom, as did each set of siblings. The grandparents got the master suite on the first floor. Each family had their own bathroom to use, so there was no fighting over which kids would get their baths first. The rooms are spaced far enough apart so you can put the kids to bed without distractions. Our one concern was the glass coffee tables in the living and family rooms when we arrived. We put them away in one of the closets to avoid injuries to the kids or breaking of the glass! The pool out back was great! The kids had a great time playing and we were able to go for a late night swim after the kids were in bed. We did pay to have the pool heated in October. It was a little cool at first, but after a phone call to the managing company in the morning, we were able to swim later that day when we returned from the park. The guys enjoyed the game room and got in a couple of rounds of pool before the week was over. We used the pack and play, stroller, and high chair for the little ones. The stroller was still in the plastic, all three were in brand new condition. Disney theme parks were a short ride away. I've stayed on property at Disney and the drive to the parks didn't seem much longer than taking the buses from Disney hotels to the parks. There are tons of restaurants and fast food places close by (Perkins, Olive Garden, Chick-Fil-A, McDonalds, etc). It was nice to have the full kitchen too. We ate breakfast at the house every morning and packed lunch to take with us. We shopped at the Walmart close by to have groceries, snacks, and bottled water. They have Disney souvieners too! I can't speak about the club house or the pool at the club house, we didn't have time to visit. Every time we entered the community, we had to swipe a card that showed we were staying on property, so the security was good. Each family was able to have their own card so we could come and go as we pleased. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions before we booked. My dad is already thinking about another trip next year!

This is a very nice home. It has plenty of room, plenty of ammenities, in a gated resort. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for something to rent in Kissimmee,Fl.
