Living Room with Queen Sofa Sleeper/TV/VCR/Ceiling Fan - Daytona Beach, FL - Florida Condo Rental - On the East Coast! Soak up the sun at Daytona Beach on the Oceanfront Pool Deck, go shelling or fishing, and watch the dolphins! Separate Bdrm (King)+(Queen)Sofabed, 2 Baths, Sleeps 4 Max. This weekly privately-owned Non-smoking condo has a separate master bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room/bedroom combo (queen sofabed), two TV's (27 & 19 inch) + Cable/VCR, kitchen/dining area, & oceanfront swimming pools. No streets to cross to the beach as we are located on A1A Beachside! NO streets to cross to the beach. On A1A, 3/4 mile to Mainstreet Pier and 4-5 miles to Speedway Boulevard (DAB Airport five miles away). You can relax on the beach while enjoying the ocean and sunrises, go fishing, or swim in one of the oceanfront pools. Most of all, enjoy and have fun, just getting away from it all! This condo is located on the beach in an oceanfront building, on the side of the building with a sideview of the Ocean from the balcony. The building itself is directly on the beach, so you are only steps to the beach and oceanfront pools without crossing any streets. It's comfortable, tidy and clean - and ready for your stay. We personally clean the condo after every departure. The beach is directly in front of the pools. Bed Linens, Bath towels, Beach chairs, & Umbrella are included. Weekly/Monthly rentals only. The Separate Master Bedroom has a king bed, Cable TV & ceiling fan. The Living room features a Queen-Size pull-out Sofabed, Cable TV, VCR and local phone service, (sorry, must use a calling card for long distance). The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove top burners (no oven, except micro & toaster), blender, crock pot, and a toaster-oven. BBQ grills by the pools. Please enjoy all the amenities included in the fenced off area of the bldg. There is a shared heated oceanfront swimming pool & a kiddy pool, pool bar (in season only), BBQ grills in the pool area, a shared laundry room, etc. There is an additional 2nd pool that is set back a smidge further from the ocean for additional privacy. If a hurricane is predicted for the week of your arrival, we would prefer that you & your loved ones remain safe. All monies paid ahead of time, when a hurricane is predicted the week of your arrival, will either be refunded or put towards another week in the same year. We guarantee it, and it is your choice. You decide if you want a refund or if you want to apply what you paid towards another week. We want everyone to remain safe above all.
