Soak up the sun on the Ocean Front pool deck at this Affordable Beachside Condo, go shelling or fishing, watch the dolphins, or plant your feet in the warm soft sand! Separate Bdrm (King)+(Queen)Sofabed, 2 Baths, Sleeps 4 Max. This sparkling clean privately-owned Non-smoking condo has a separate master bedroom with a high quality comfy king-size bed, a living room/bedroom combo (new queen sofabed), two TV's (32 & 19 inch) + Cable/VCR/DVD, kitchen/dining area, & oceanfront swimming pools. NO STREETS to cross to the beach as we are located on A1A Beach Side!
NO STREET TO CROSS TO THE BEACH. <1 mile to Mainstreet Pier, Ocean Walk & Speedway Boulevard(DAB Airport five miles away). You can relax on the beach while enjoying the ocean & sunrises, go fishing, or swim in one of the oceanfront pools. Most of all, enjoy and have fun, just getting away from it all!
This condo is located on the beach in an oceanfront building, on the side of the building with a sideview of the Ocean from the balcony. The building itself is directly on the beach, so you are only steps to the beach and oceanfront pools.
It's comfortable, tidy and clean - and ready for your stay. We personally clean the condo after & prior to every arrival/departure. The beach is directly in front of the pools. Bed Linens, Bath towels, Beach chairs, & Umbrella are included.
The Separate Master Bedroom has a king bed, Cable TV & ceiling fan. The Living room features a Queen-Size pull-out Sofabed, Cable TV, VCR and local phone service, (sorry, must use a calling card for long distance). The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove top burners (no oven, except micro & toaster), blender, crock pot, a toaster-oven, pots & pans, dishes etc. BBQ grills are located by the pools.
Please enjoy all the amenities included in the fenced off area of the bldg. There is a shared heated oceanfront swimming pool & a kiddy pool, pool bar (in season only), BBQ grills in the pool area, a shared laundry room, etc. There is an additional 2nd pool that is set back a smidge further from the ocean for additional privacy. If a hurricane is predicted for the week of your arrival, we would prefer that you & your loved ones remain safe. All monies paid ahead of time, when a hurricane is predicted the week of your arrival, will either be refunded or put towards another week in the same year. We guarantee it, and it is your choice. You decide if you want a refund or if you want to apply what you paid towards another week.

We chose to buy in Daytona Beach because it is close to just about everything including Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral where you can watch the shuttle take off & St. Augustine. There is so much to do in Daytona Beach as well such as fishing, golfing, parasailing, charter boats, go-carts, bike rentals, shelling, deep sea fishing or fishing from the pier, boating, water parks, greyhound racetrack and the Daytona International Racetrack Speedway etc. You never run out of things to do in Daytona.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Equipped with the comforts of home. All you need to pack is your clothes and the basics such as toothbrushes. Orlando theme parks such as Disney World and Seaworld are about an hour away. Daytona Speedway International Racetrack is about 4 miles away.

To make a vacation seem more like a vacation rather than a lot of work, we provide beach chairs, beach towels, water noodles, bogey boards, skim boards, and floats for little kids. There is no need for you to pack and haul a lot of stuff. We have just about everything you need so all you have to pack is your clothes.

My first stay here and I will be back! This place is so comfortable and sparkling clean. Great to find a beach rental that is well taken care of. We also had perfect weather and a fun time. See ya again soon!

I have been going to Daytona all of my life. Was born and raised not far from there. I now live in Georgia and have stayed just about everywhere there is to stay in Daytona. This is my pick of the litter !! I always feel at home and I just keep going back to this condo. I have two reservations here already and have stayed twice so far.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We have been returning to this condo for several years and always look forward to the next visit! It is well-maintained and if there are any problems at all, the owners will rectify it immediately. We love the pools and pool deck and enjoy watching the waves and people on the beach. This year we saw dophins and whales! There are still good restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this property!
