You will enjoy watching the morning sunrise while drinking coffee on our large comfortably furnished screened in porch. This home offers a gentle sloping yard with sunshine and shade, 335 feet of private sandy beach shoreline, unobstructed wide open lake and island views, sun deck, outdoor seating, new commercial gas grill, fire pit and covered boat dock with a swimming deck that would be perfect for fishing or jumping into the clear water.
The home has recently been tastefully furnished complete with all new designer linens, towels and comfortable furnishings. We have 3 bedrooms on the main level with a Queen in the master complete with a private bath, Queen in the guest room and 2 Twins in another guest room with a shared full bath. Each bedroom is spacious enough to hold an air mattress for additional sleeping. Our lower level is semi finished but unfurnished with a full bath and offers lake views as well. The kitchen has enough seating for 6 people and the dining room has seating for six but can hold 12 easily.
We are located in the South Cove area in a very private neighborhood complete with mature trees and great lake views. The South Cove Park is near our home and offers 2 boat launch sites, tennis courts, fishing piers, volleyball and horseshoes. Clemson University is only about 9 miles away perfect for football season or to grab a famous Clemson dairy milkshake. The Keowee Marina is close by and offers gas for your boat as well as rentals.
Enjoy numerous activities nearby such as restaurants, shopping, antiquing, groceries, theaters, hiking, waterfalls, parks and museums.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, private neighborhood, wide views of the water, covered boat dock, sandy beach shoreline, close proximity to town for quick groceries, restaurants, drug stores, movie theater, hospital and the marina for gas and rentals. You will enjoy being able to fish right from the boat dock, swimming in the shallow water around the beach and walking or riding your bike to the tennis courts. The view from our beach when the moon is rising is pretty spectacular as well.
