  Villa Baviera è nella città di Kaufering , in una bella zona con ville e giardini. La casa è arredata benissimo, con tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, persino computer e connessione internet. Francesco di origini italiane (Venezia) è stato con noi straordinariamente disponibile, con suggerimenti e consigli, tanto da non aver sentito neanche la difficoltà con il Tedesco, una lingua per noi piuttosto difficile! La casa inoltre è tenuta benissimo (pulita in maniera impeccabile). Nei pressi della casa abbiamo addirittura trovato un ristorante italiano dove abbiamo mangiato “La Pizza Napoletana” inoltre vicino a Villa baviera ci sono panetterie e cornetterie ben fornite dove fare un ottima colazione, prima delle meravigliose escursioni da noi fatte per visitare Monaco. Avendo noleggiato un’auto è stato veramente bello percorrere Romantische Strasse fino a raggiungere lo splendido Castello delle favole di Ré Ludovico II Neuschwanstein . Francesco ci inoltre giuidati un pomeriggio a visitare un paese vicino attraversato da un fiume con grandi cigni bianchi, uno spettacolo bellissimo che non dimenticheremo mai!   I stayed here with my parents during Oktoberfest. The location was great - 20 minute walk to train station, and about 30 minute commute to Munich. A rental car is not needed. A grocery store is a few blocks away, and the hotel at the train station, Hotel Rid, served great food and drinks. The apartment was very clean, with modern facilities and washing machine. The owners picked us up at the train station when we arrived later than expected, and printed us a walking map. We would recommend this highly for others staying near Munich.

  The home was more beautiful than described online. Not only does the home have what you might expect, but has many of the extra things you might not: A handy, full size washer, Computer, with high speed internet, Sat. TV, and a beautiful garden in back. Villabaviera, is conveniently located just outside of Munich in the town of Kaufering. There, we tried several good restaurants and stocked the home’s well appointed kitchen from the stores of the local markets. During our stay, we took the train into central Munich twice. The local train station is only about 10-15 min. walk from the home, and then it was just another 30 min .or so to Munich on the speed train. Also, we took day trips to Ludwig’s castle and Oberammergau. What turned this into a five star place for us was Francesco, the wonderful home manager. He was very flexible for weary travelers arriving a bit late, and very helpful in pointing out good restaurants and other helpful tips for the area. We were welcomed with some fresh fruit and even some fresh flowers. I suspect Francesco cleans the home because it was immaculate. Villabaviera, for this seasoned traveler, was a restful and comfortable place. It was by far the nicest placed we stayed in. I would highly recommend this home. Like I said, it was a perfect place.

  I enjoyed my stay here. We had a group of 5 and it was perfect for us, we had 2 different rooms and a big bathroom, one room was just a bedroom and the other room had a small kitchenette and room for the 5 of us to relax and talk and not be on top of each other. There was a washer in one of the bathrooms that was nice. Although we did not know that the owners lived at the same location, this did not pose a problem, they were very helpful with any questions we had and they gave us our full privacy, you didn't even know they were there. They even gave us a ride to the train station on our last day. There is a grocery store walking distance literally a minute away. The train station is about a 20 min walk and the train is about 30 mins to the main station in Munich, but the train comes often and 30 mins goes by real quick. This is a very nice place in a quite little neighborhood.

  We have stayed in this lovely home on two occassions. Located directly on the Romantic Road, It is central to many quaint, interesting places, Munich, Augsberg etc. A car is not necessary as the railway station is very close. The De Mitri family have done everything to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The suite is large, spotlessly clean, and a joy to come home to and We highly recommend this home.   This property looks very appealing. Yes it is clean and new. However the owners live directly above the villa and they completely ruined our stay here. The first thing is that the villa is at 30 minute walk from the train station. We were told 1km and a 10 minute walk. The owner insisted that it takes him 7 mins to walk but he must be superman as our group were all fast walkers and the quickest we did it in was 30 mins! We were also told that there was a pizza place next door which again was not true this is a 7 minute drive away. If you are onfoot as we were this villa is not very accessible. On arrival we were greeted by the owners giving us a piece of paper with a list of rules to sign that we were to adhere to. One of which being no noise after 10pm. I had emailed in advance to say that we were going for Oktoberfest and therefore may be a bit lively to which the response was this would not be a problem. There was also some confusion with money and the next morning they were knocking on the door demanding the full payment and threatened to call the police if we did not give it to them straight away. We had not said that we would not give it to them we just hadn't got to a cash point due to the location of the Villa. This resulted in them insisting to hold 2 of our parties passports until the full funds were paid. Once we paid the money the following day we were still not left alone. Bearing in mind we had not done anything wrong their attitude towards us was completely hostile, suspicious and aggressive for no reason. I unfortunately contacted some sort of stomach bug and spent the 2nd day osf our stay relaxing and sleeping to try and get myself fit to see Muncih on the Monday, while the others ventured out. The owners were constantly knocking on the door and eventually when they did not get an answer came into the apartment and even came into the bedroom where I was trying to sleep! When later asked why they did this the response we got was " this is not a hospital you should not be here all day sleeping" We were completely shocked. On the morning we were leaving they again were banging on the door 5 mins before our check out time to kick us out. Basically they want your money but they don't want you there! I would not recommend this appartment to anyone. We are all very relaxed people and they completely stressed us out. However if you want to pay to be treated hostile and be harrassed your whole stay then this is the place for you.

  Owner response: Dear Ms. Natalie, first of all we want to thank you for your sincere description of our rental, which you have defined as “very appealing, clean and new”. It is our uttermost concern, that our customers feel comfortable and familiar inside the apartment. Now, as concerns your disapproval regarding our behavior, we cannot but be sorely disappointed about hearing such accusations. Our rental is a fifteen minutes’ walk away from the train station. There is a shortcut you could have taken to reach it, but since you successfully managed to not present yourself to us until the last day of your stay, there was no possibility to let you know about it. As you have been the person getting in touch with us via e-mail, it should have been your responsibility to arrange the check-in with us – but instead we had it done with a couple of your party, who told us of your delayed arrival. We’ve let them in, consigned them the apartment’s key, accompanied them to a restaurant - and all without having received payment. Which brings us to the next point. We surely did call on you more than once, but only to remind you to fulfill your part of our agreement – namely the payment of the still outstanding amount. We don’t think that this is impolite or persistent – given that we have let you in without receiving any money from you, though you are complete strangers to us. Unfortunately, our always friendly requests had been completely ignored by you until the day before your departure. We can assure you that such a behavior would not have been tolerated in a hotel. On one day we heard from one of your party, that there has been an accident at the Oktoberfest and that one of you got seriously injured on the head, because of which he had spent the following day in the apartment. We were asked to check on him in the afternoon, as he was left there alone all day. Later, however, after several attempts to reach him by ringing the bell but receiving no answer, we have become concerned about his conditions and made the prudent decision to enter the suite to check on him. Luckily he was doing well. Instead of receiving a thank for our assistance, we were surprised by this , in our opinion, very unfair review.
