This gorgeous custom home, located in the beautiful Gallatin Valley, is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy all that Montana has to offer. Located on 2 beautiful acres, the home offers 6000 sq ft of living space with a custom kitchen, large great room, master suite and walk-out basement. The home was completely renovated in 2007 and a large addition was added at that time. Beautiful Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors, custom woodwork, and high ceilings are just a few things that make this home special. You can enjoy views of the Bridger and Gallatin Mountains from inside the home.
The custom kitchen is located on the main level of the home. It contains a large island, stainless steel appliances and a 5 burner gas stove with double electric ovens. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils and glassware necessary for preparing meals. Attached to the kitchen is a sitting area.
The great room, located off of the kitchen on the main level, provides two separate sitting areas and a dining area. You can relax by the fireplace, watch tv, or enjoy a movie. There is a large deck located off of the great room where you can relax and unwind in the summer.
The master bedroom is also located on the main level of the house. It contains a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Relax in the king size bed by the fireplace or enjoy the views from the private deck.
There are three additional bedrooms located on the upper level of the home. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed with pull out futon on the bottom. There is a bathroom located on this level as well.
There are two separate lower levels to the home. The first contains an office/bedroom with attached bathroom. There is a twin bed situated in this room. The large walkout basement has another bedroom with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. This area also provides a spacious game room with wet bar. The 7 person hot tub is located on the walkout patio area.
The two car garage is available to keep cars and skis/equipment while visiting.
All linens and towels are provided. We also provide a weeks supply of laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and bath soaps.
We are located only 5 minutes from downtown Bozeman, where you can enjoy shopping and dining at the many restaurants they have to offer. Enjoy winter activities at our two local ski areas. We are conveniently located between Bridger Ski Area(25 minutes) and Big Sky Ski Area(1 hour). Or spend a day sightseeing at Yellowstone National Park, located only 80 miles away. Hyalite Canyon is one of the many recreation areas located nearby where you can enjoy hiking, biking, or boating.

Why the Owner Chose Bozeman
We purchased this house as a starter home in 2002 after falling in love with the location and property. We have spent the last 7 years completely renovating the home and constructing a new addition to provide more space. This was our primary residence until 2009 when we decided to move out of state to be closer to family. This is a dream home, if we could have taken it with us we would have!
