This is a charming house, very comfortable and ideally located on a beautiful passage in Palermo Soho. Surrounded by houses of different colors, this unique street resembles the colored atmosphere of the famous Caminito street in la Boca.
It has two bedrooms (both with windows), a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen behind a bar, and a bathroom with shower. A delightful magical patio with parrilla (argentine barbeque), equipped with italian outdoor furniture. This open air area is equipped for guests to be able to have their meals, enjoy a drink, or just....relax.
The decoration includes antique furniture, and handmade objects and textiles from the north of the country.
We usually welcome guests at the house ourselves. Always available, our goal is to make sure they have a comfortable stay.

First of all the welcome by owner and her little daughter was great and helfpul. The house is so charming, clean, nice TV and electronics. We liked the neighborhood, made us feel safe and easy walk to bus and metro. Not only was there a book with lots of info, maps and 2 as-you-go cell phones for use in Buenos Aires. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable, clean place with such lovely owners.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Everything went by the book. The description of the property was accuratte as were the pictures. It is a really nice house. It was clean and with excellent heat/AC system. Excellent electronics. The owner was on top and very helpful. The neighbohood is safe, fashionable and plenty of attractions and restaurants as you see in big cities in Europe. I have been in Buenos Aires multiple times but always in downtown. this was much better. In summary, I have to come back to Buenos Aires in March and I've already tried to set it up again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property is well located in Palermo Soho, and in very close proximity to Palermo Hollywood. The owners keep it very well maintained and clean, and offer renter's pay-as-you-go cell phones for use while in BA, Wi-FI, a slew of movies to watch in case of a rainy day, and a very practical guide to the city that rivals any mainstream publication. The owners are always available in case of need and superbly friendly. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to visit BA for an extended period of time.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

Staying at this property really made us feel like Portenos. The location was perfect for experiencing a BA neighborhood and all the close amenities such as a variety of restaurants, laundry facilities, beauty salons and short walks to the subway. The listing photographs were accurate and there were no surprises when we arrived. We appreciated the cleaning service as well. The most rewarding experience was getting to meet Fede, Ali and Rita. They were very welcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed spending time with them over a delicious lunch. We would also recommend the Say Hueque Travel agency which is just a block or two away, for any side trips in Argentina. As well, we enjoyed eating at the La Mas Bonita and Rio Alba Restaurants. After a long day visiting various sights in BA, it was nice to come back to our little house.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

This apartment really is perfect. One large bedroom with a double bed and beautiful armoir and a second smaller bedroom with a twin bed. The living room is comfortable with a couch and chair and an enormous TV. The kitchen is small but perfect for keeping perishables and making a morning cup of coffee. The bathroom is clean and has an excellent shower. The back patio is beautiful. This is definitely the barrio you want to stay in in Buenos Aires. It is beautiful and full of people, shopping, cafes, parillas, and is very safe to walk through at night. It is also close to the subway. The owner is more than generous in helping his guests find their way around the city and even took us to a futbol match! The apartment comes with two cell phones and three sets of keys as well as a safe box. I strongly recommend this place for 2 or 3 people looking to have a great time!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house is affordable and clean, and it provided comforts of home (living room, kitchen, private bedrooms) that we would not have had staying at a hotel. It was wonderful to be able to start out the day with breakfast at home or have wine on the patio at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The owners were friendly and very responsive to our questions, and they seemed interested in making sure we had a great experience. The neighborhood offered everything we needed. We found wonderful restaurants nearby (many because of recommendations from the owners), and we enjoyed being within walking distance of shops, museums, and the park. Taxis and the subway were also convenient options for getting around the city. I appreciated having a comfortable home in which to stay, and it was great to have the owners to turn to in case we needed anything. The best part of staying here was that we got a real feel for the city that we wouldn't have gotten by staying elsewhere. I definitely recommend this rental, and I hope you have as much fun staying there as we did!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This charming house sits close to the intersection of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. On the corner is a coffee shop/bakery. There are many trendy Soho/Hollywood shops and restaurants within walking distance. Husband and wife landlords are incredible. They are always available to help in any and every way. The house is more spacious than appears in the photos. The living area has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV and stereo which can hook into an ipod. The two bedrooms are on either side of the living area which is nice. The smaller bedroom overlooks the quaint patio. The bathroom, though small, is modern and updated with good water pressure in the shower. My husband, a cigar smoker, loved hanging out on the patio. We even cooked a Parilla on Sunday evening with delicious steak, chicken, chorizos and vegetables purchased at the neighborhood grocery store around the corner. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to be in Palermo.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We stayed here for a month. Everything described is a true description of this house. Prior to our booking every question was promptly answered. Also as we began planning for our stay every question was answered. The owners did everything possible to make our stay a memorable experience. They provided sightseeing suggestions, restaurant suggestions and extensive information on the neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the patio was a delight. The owners shared their love of soccer with us by taking us to a game. Another evening they took us to the Hippodrome. We had a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires and the house and owners made it a carefree vacation.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

About the owner: I was born in Buenos Aires, and have lived in this wonderful city all my life. I love Argentine meat, have worked in the business and enjoy very much making "asados" in my free time. I am also a great football fan, and have been going to football matches since I was a kid. I am married, I live with my wife and our dog, and have been living in Palermo since I left my parent´s house. I love travelling, and try to do it every time I have the chance.
Why the Owner Chose Palermo Soho:
I chose to buy this vacation rental as a home for me and my wife. We lived there until last year, and to tell you the truth, we still day dream about moving back there someday. We live in the neighborhood, but will never forget how much that home meant for us. Its not only the enchanting patio, or the charming street, or the wonderful neighbors, its a mix of all of them and more. This place really has that special something I still feel each time I go back.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Unique antique colorful surroundings will welcome you each time you open your front door. An enchanting patio will be waiting for you behind your back door. You will be able to stay on a quiet street in one of the most enjoyable neighborhoods in the city (and I should really be saying the most enjoyable). We love travelling, and therefore know and understand travelers needs. And what is most important, we like our guests to enjoy each day of their stay, as we enjoyed the days we used to live there.
