The property is well located in Palermo Soho, and in very close proximity to Palermo Hollywood. The owners keep it very well maintained and clean, and offer renter's pay-as-you-go cell phones for use while in BA, Wi-FI, a slew of movies to watch in case of a rainy day, and a very practical guide to the city that rivals any mainstream publication. The owners are always available in case of need and superbly friendly. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to visit BA for an extended period of time.

Staying at this property really made us feel like Portenos. The location was perfect for experiencing a BA neighborhood and all the close amenities such as a variety of restaurants, laundry facilities, beauty salons and short walks to the subway. The listing photographs were accurate and there were no surprises when we arrived. We appreciated the cleaning service as well. The most rewarding experience was getting to meet Fede, Ali and Rita. They were very welcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed spending time with them over a delicious lunch. We would also recommend the Say Hueque Travel agency which is just a block or two away, for any side trips in Argentina. As well, we enjoyed eating at the La Mas Bonita and Rio Alba Restaurants. After a long day visiting various sights in BA, it was nice to come back to our little house.

This apartment really is perfect. One large bedroom with a double bed and beautiful armoir and a second smaller bedroom with a twin bed. The living room is comfortable with a couch and chair and an enormous TV. The kitchen is small but perfect for keeping perishables and making a morning cup of coffee. The bathroom is clean and has an excellent shower. The back patio is beautiful. This is definitely the barrio you want to stay in in Buenos Aires. It is beautiful and full of people, shopping, cafes, parillas, and is very safe to walk through at night. It is also close to the subway. The owner is more than generous in helping his guests find their way around the city and even took us to a futbol match! The apartment comes with two cell phones and three sets of keys as well as a safe box. I strongly recommend this place for 2 or 3 people looking to have a great time!

This house is affordable and clean, and it provided comforts of home (living room, kitchen, private bedrooms) that we would not have had staying at a hotel. It was wonderful to be able to start out the day with breakfast at home or have wine on the patio at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The owners were friendly and very responsive to our questions, and they seemed interested in making sure we had a great experience. The neighborhood offered everything we needed. We found wonderful restaurants nearby (many because of recommendations from the owners), and we enjoyed being within walking distance of shops, museums, and the park. Taxis and the subway were also convenient options for getting around the city. I appreciated having a comfortable home in which to stay, and it was great to have the owners to turn to in case we needed anything. The best part of staying here was that we got a real feel for the city that we wouldn't have gotten by staying elsewhere. I definitely recommend this rental, and I hope you have as much fun staying there as we did!

This charming house sits close to the intersection of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. On the corner is a coffee shop/bakery. There are many trendy Soho/Hollywood shops and restaurants within walking distance. Husband and wife landlords are incredible. They are always available to help in any and every way. The house is more spacious than appears in the photos. The living area has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV and stereo which can hook into an ipod. The two bedrooms are on either side of the living area which is nice. The smaller bedroom overlooks the quaint patio. The bathroom, though small, is modern and updated with good water pressure in the shower. My husband, a cigar smoker, loved hanging out on the patio. We even cooked a Parilla on Sunday evening with delicious steak, chicken, chorizos and vegetables purchased at the neighborhood grocery store around the corner. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to be in Palermo.

A perfect stay in a great and safe neighborhood. A typical Palermo house with all the amenities you can ask for. Spacious, airy, full of light. Even a patio with a grill to enjoy the great Argentinian beef! Fede and Ale (owners) are so welcoming and warm that they made our stay one to repeat soon. Their recommendations on restaurants and places to go were spot on. A true hidden gem.

My friends and I just returned from five marvelous nights at this quaint house. Our hosts made us feel instantly welcome and couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. Clean, quiet and efficient, we lacked for nothing. Spent some wonderful time in the delightful patio and even tried out hand at the built in grill one evening. Perfect location, easy walk to subway and pleasant stroll to wonderful shops and restaurants. Our hosts even provided us with some wonderful tips and recommendations.

This was our favorite place we stayed in all of argentina. Alie and Fede were beyond amazing. The hospitality, warmth, recommendations, etc. were beyond what one would expect. They were so generous and sweet, people I want to invte (and I did) to visit us in California! The apartment is darling, comfortable and has everything you need and the location is excellent. I always looked forward to heading back to the place after a long day of walking around BA. Sitting outside on the patio with a fernet and coke and planning the next day was like heaven! Thank you for making our stay in BA so memorable, if we ever come back will will be staying in your place again.

There are lots of good things about this house but the best are the owners Ale and Fede. All the way through our stay they were available to provide any information or help, either by phone or e-mail, with a virtually immediate response but without encroaching on us in any way. The house is cool and benefits from air conditioning in each room. The beds are comfortable and the main bedroom has plenty of space. The kitchen area in the living room is small but has everything necessary to prepare and cook meals for the occasions when you don’t want to eat out. We never got round to using the parilla in the courtyard but this would, no doubt, add to the cooking options. The lounge area has the advantage of a large tv and a dvd player which we enjoyed on a few occasions when we had dinner at home. The courtyard is a big plus as it is shady but you can see the sky and the sunshine on the surrounding buildings. We enjoyed many breakfasts and lunches in the courtyard and it is nice to sit out with a glass of wine and a book. The house is located in an excellent position almost centrally between Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, all of which is accessible within a 15 minute walk or 20 minute stroll. Within this area there is an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants of every description, supermarkets, patisseries, butchers, bakers and even candlestick makers. The nearest big main road, Avenida Santa Fe, is a 10 minute walk away and there you will find all the usual shops plus banks, tube stations and bus stops for many of the city’s bus routes. We really enjoyed our stay in B.A. and thought of the house as home while we were there and Ale and Fede made us feel like we had rented the house from our best friends.

We stayed here for a month. Everything described is a true description of this house. Prior to our booking every question was promptly answered. Also as we began planning for our stay every question was answered. The owners did everything possible to make our stay a memorable experience. They provided sightseeing suggestions, restaurant suggestions and extensive information on the neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the patio was a delight. The owners shared their love of soccer with us by taking us to a game. Another evening they took us to the Hippodrome. We had a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires and the house and owners made it a carefree vacation.

The description and photos of the house were accurate and the location was excellent, being situated in Palermo. We were in a quiet neighbourhood close to some excellent restaurants and bars (recommended by the owner). The house was quiet with a small patio garden which we really enjoyed. The parilla was amazing and well equipped with the necessary utensils. The kitchen is small but adequate and this is more than compensated by the outside eating area. The bedrooms were very comfortable and of a good size, 3 of us could stay there quite comfortably. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any concerns we had. They spoke good English. I would recommend this property to others as I think it is very good value for money.

The house was as described on the web. Beautiful and most important quiet. The location couldn't be better just a few blocks from the subway, the supermarket and from a great bakery "La burdalesa". We bought delicious facturas for mate and sit on the nice patio to enjoy it.The house was clean and nicely decorated. It was as nice as in the pictures. There is an awesome parrilla in the patio were we cooked many barbecues. The owners greeted at our arrival and kept in contact through email. They were very helpful. There are a lot of sightseeing to do nearby, again great location. We stayed for just over a month and we felt like home. We already recommended this lovely house to a friend who will be visiting Buenos Aires pretty soon. We'll definetly stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay! House has everything, is extremely comfortable, very clean, attractive, and perfect for a couple, or, as we were, a couple traveling and visiting with our adult daughter. Neighborhood is quiet and low-key and the location is great, handy to shopping, sightseeing, taxi's, restaurants and cafes. There is an excellent cafe around the corner from the house that is open from 10:00 AM to midnight and serves great coffee, lunches, and dinner, and sells local wines. Grocery store is a short walk away, and lots of fun shopping in neighborhood. Several lavaderias (laundry) nearby for laundry service. Photos don't do justice the laid-back ambiance and spaciousness of house. Patio is very nice, we had a barbecue our last night. Federico and his wife were organized, friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions about neighborhood, where to eat, sights to see, even gave us a lift to our daughter's office. We highly recommend this rental for anyone traveling to Buenos Aires. We would happily stay at this charming home again.

Property is well located in a safe neighborhood, well maintained and very convenient. The owner, Federico and his wife were very helpful and had great tips and advice..I would recommend this property to everyone. Much better than a hotel room. It is a house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Also has a nice outdoor area with a grill so you can bar-b-que for yourself....We were able to walk to many places from here and public transport was also good...I would suggest the double-decker bus tours, you get a ticket and it is good for 2 days, you can get off and on at any of their stops and explore at your own pace and the view is fantastic. They also have headphones that you plug into whatever language you want and it gives a running commentary of the sights and places that you go by.

First, Fede and Ale are the best landlords in the world. They always responded promptly to anything I might need, answered all my gringa questions, and Ale even made a doctor's appointment for me (the receptionist didn't speak English). While recooperating from some minorsurgery, they brought over their own dvds so I could rest comfortably and entertained. They are remarkable, gracious hosts. And the house was my refuge. Buenos Aires is a big, bustling city. After being out all day sightseeing or doing errands, I so enjoyed coming "home"and shutting the door on the world, pouring a glass of good Argentine wine, turning on a CD and relaxing on the patio. The street is a "passage" so no buses drive down it and traffic is limited ... nice and quiet for being in the heart of Palermo. Each room has air conditioning ... a very nice amenity when summer heats up. The living room looks out on the patio's trees and flowers ... very refreshing to the eye. I felt very safe and secure (even though I lived alone) because of the home's secure windows and door. The beds are all super comfortable and weekly housekeeping is included. Ale (who is a photographer) has decorated this home with an artist's eye. Everything you need is within minutes: a market, a wonderful corner cafe,my favorite expats hang out (The Wherever Bar on Oro) laundry (drop off, pick up clean and folded) artisanal pasta shops, butchers, bakers, pilates studio (I went four times a week it was so reasonable), parilla restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, clubs, parks, subway stop ... whew... am I forgetting anything? Oh yes, theaters and wine bars. I was even able to hire a Spanish tutor to come to my house for private lessons foraround $12 American. When my college-aged son and his friend visited at Christmas, they never had to leave the neighborhood to hear good music or grab a beer. I will always be grateful I chose this house, in this neighborhood, from these landlords for a totally satisfying, true Buenos Aires experience.
