Our cozy 2nd floor beach getaway is located beachside on a quiet street just 2 ½ blocks from the beach, ½ block from the Indian River and 1 block north of Historic Flagler Avenue. This newly built nicely decorated home, with garage, has oak floors, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan.
Our kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size aloe vera latex foam mattress, which ensures the best night's sleep. The second bedroom has a pillow top full bed along with plush twin bed. A special feature our beach house has to offer is our IKEA round bed located in the living room. This is a great place to nap, read, or chill out after a day at the beach. With this, the house can comfortably sleep 6.
This “North Beach” location gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy a walk to the beach or view a sunset on the river. You will only be steps away from shops, boutiques, spas, and restaurants of this quaint old Florida beach town. You can walk or ride bikes to local hangouts, enjoy art festivals, seafood festivals and so much more.
