Gulf Shores Alabama Condos come in all shapes and sizes. Rental Condos on the beach are also known for wide ranges of comfort and amenities.
However... We are brand new and very comfortable. All of the furnishings are plush...and very clean.
This Gulf Shores AL condo is Directly on the Beach. Step off the elevator and you're there! Our Gulf Shores beachfront condo is so convenient and so comfortable for a rental condo that guests often remark about how much it feels like a home. When you rent a beach condo in Gulf Shores you sometimes don’t know what to expect. Beautifully decorated corner unit has breathtaking views from the oversized gulf front balcony, living area, master bedroom, or fabulous sunset views from our dining room!! King size beds in both the master and guest bedrooms-luggage racks in both bedrooms . Office/study has full/twin bunk combination. Both bathroom have built-in blow dryers Also, both bathrooms have private access from bedrooms. Imagine watching your favorite shows from any room on the hi def flat screens that are located throughout, or recline on the chaise lounge in the living area and enjoy the 40 inch hi def flat screen while viewing a most spectacular sunset. The master bedroom and living room present fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and both access the furnished balcony. This unit is a rare find in Beach Condos.
12th floor Seawind unit has a highly sought after sunset view, provides indescribable views from both the west facing picture window and the corner balcony that looks both south and west. Look for Dolphins as you view the Gulf Shores Beach shoreline from east to west from the balcony.
DVD players are also available with each tv. Just another day or evening in paradise as you watch the moonlight from your private balcony(accessible from both the living room and master bedroom.) Fully equipped kitchen, full sized laundry, and wireless high speed internet. The kitchen is very well equipped including stainless appliances and granite countertops and a large laundry and utility room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a rare feature in rental condos, a large walk-in closet. There are tile floors in the foyer, kitchen and baths, with carpet in the living area and bedrooms.

Finally, the management company, JME is ON SITE to provide check-in services, keys etc.,they provide the option of paying with different credit cards, etc. which adds a bit of convenience for many, and most importantly, in the unlikely event that something does wrong, JME has the authority and resources to resolve any issue right away.

Why the Owner Chose Seawind
Seawind was chosen because it is Gulf front, attractive, new building.Property is located in the center of Gulf Shores. The three newest & greatest condos there are: Seawind, San Carlos & Lighthouse. San Carlos has no bunkroom & no indoor heated pool -- no amenities.
As between Lighthouse & Seawind, Seawind is considerably smaller than Lighthouse in the number of units and thus avoids the massive "factory effect" of Lighthouse. Both have similar amenities (extremely nice for both). Seawind, however, has a much larger "bunkroom" than does Lighthouse making a two bedroom Seawind unit sleep like a three bedroom unit in Lighthouse or San Carlos!

Seawind is within walking distance to many attractions, including restaurants such as Sea and Suds, and Waffle House.

I would like to thank you for the use of your Condo .It is lovely the furnishing are great the views are amazing and we got to watch the Dolphins every day but one while we were there.It is the kind of condo that makes you really enjoy a vacation and feel at home at the same time. We were there for a week and Shrimp Festival. We have rented Condos for the last 11 years there but you have the one we want to come back to again. My grand child wanted to move there she loved it so much. It was a wonderful stay every thing we needed was there and it was clean and that is a plus for me.Then all the restaurants shops and other activities are so close it makes it so easy for you to enjoy your stay.Again a Big Thank You and we will be back . Mary and Joe, We want to thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your home. We asked our kids what they wanted for their birthdays this year and both stated that they would rather visit the beach than have a birthday party. Neither child was disappointed. Our 7 year stated that it was the best birthday ever and who could ask for anything more than that. Your home is absolutely beautiful and we could not have asked for better weather. Everything we could have ever needed was so close and the kids especially enjoyed The Hangout. We we look for vacations again in the future we will definitely look to you first. Enjoyed our visit so much at your condo. We had everything we needed. Loved the extra view with the window in the dining area and the balcony. This is our second time at Gulf Shores and loved it even more this time in your condo. Our grandsons had a ball on the beach and the kiddie pool was a total hit. We went to the Naval Musuem in Pennsacola and would highly recommend it for kids. Our favorite restaurants were Calypso Joes, The Hangout (within walking distance), and Lulus. We enjoyed Sea N Suds restaurant right on the beach next to the Condo. Would definately come back again. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us.

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful beach condo,weather was great and the view from the balcony absolutely magnificent. Furnishing and decor is just wonderful, really 5 star living, and will recommend it to friends down under in Australia when we return back home. We loved how you could walk to so many places and there was so much to do within a very close vicinity. We had never been to the Gulf Shores before and really enjoyed it, it is equal if not better, to any of our beaches back home. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo very much, and one day hope to return.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your great condo! Our 4-year old daughter loved getting to see the beach for the first time and now wishes our house was at the beach too! The condo was exactly as described and we had everything that we needed for a great family vacation. I am so glad that we decided to go ahead and go to the beach this year, and look forward to doing it again.

This is a great place for families. Pools are super kid friendly and because of the layout, adults can easily find a quiet spot of ther own. Grills are easily accessed and not hidden from the fun. And we loved being able to walk from our beach chairs to the restaurant for a cool drink or quick lunch. Our condo was cozy and well appointed. Kitchen has everything but a chef! The flatscreen TV in the bunkroom was a HUGE hit. We loved it and can't wait to return.

Your condo was fantastic! It's the perfect setting for an unforgettable family vacation. We were so pleased with the whole place, from the housing to the pools. My 3 year old girls became official water bugs in the heated pool. The beach, as always, is so clean and white. We built many castles and buried a few bodies...don't worry, we let them out! : ) The location is great; walking distance from the hustle, yet right next to the Sea n Suds and a Surf Style. Perfect. The Sea n Suds has the best peel and eat shrimp and pina coladas (or pina collalas as my daughters say). The Hangout is our favorite place, because there's something for everyone. The zoo is really neat. My daughters got to swaddle a baby kangaroo and even sat in a secluded room with tiger cubs. I was so jealous! My husband and I went deep sea fishing with Reel Surprise Charters. They were great, highly recommended! We caught a ton of fish and even hooked a shark! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. This has been the best family vacation we've ever had! That says a lot since we've never been unsatisfied before. We definetely plan on returning next year around the same time, so look out for us!
