John. Just wanted to thank you for a great trip to PV. You have a great place and we enjoyed it very much. It is actually quite spectacular. All of our local transportation went as planned and could not have gone smoother. Thanks to all in PV also. Now back to reality. Thanks again.

This was our 2nd year renting this unit. Owner and the local property manager are great to deal with and have excellent communication. Unit is as described -- New and modern with a great balcony! Awesome view and location! Walking distance to everywhere, no car needed. Would recommend this unit and we plan to rent again!

We stayed here for a week in September 2011 and found this unit in exceptional condition and location. The complex facilities are immaculate--complete with pool and very secure. The unit itself has ALL the amenities, including cable TV. The deck is very large and complete with loungers with awesome ocean views. Location wise--PERFECT! It is a short walk to several very good restaurants & bars (some with live music most nights). We were very pleased with the unit and the entire area is quite safe for walking around. We will defintely return! Thank you!!
