We've enjoyed our stay at Casa Paloma and agree with all the reasons stated by your other guests. We too have rented many different houses in Taos in the 80's & 90's but not in recent years. We very much like your contemporary southwest decor and design - a nice light touch and we were surprised to find it well stocked in the kitchen - too bad we stopped by the grocery before we came to the house! Very nice to find real flowers and a pizza in the freezer! (which we didn't eat, but it could have come in handy). Lambert's restaurant was as good as we remembered. Happy to find a few "old friends" left on the restaurant scene. Best, Kathleen & Allen Lebeck (from Albuequerque, NM) and Elissa Lebeck (from New York City)

Dear Winton & Toby, First, we are honored to be your second guests at Casa Paloma. We've come to Taos since the 1970's. The Casa is in a wonderful location and you've done so well with its tasteful furnishings and thoughtful touches: the fresh flowers, posters and paintings, beautifully appointed and stocked kitchen... even the mysterious bathroom night light. Above all, these touches suggest the warm, hospitable person(s)who created them - thank you. This trip, we wandered around the Plaza, biked the Rio Grande Gorge Trail, took in the new exhibit at the Harwood and the better art that Taos landscapes offer in the fall. We also made full use of this kitchen (steak, Friday and Pasta Putanesca al Fresco - our own recipe - on Saturday). We love to cook. Please accept the regalito (small gift) we left you. Mil Gracias! PS Wonderful eclectic music CDs!

We have had a fabulous time here in Taos. Your welcome, Winton, was great and made us feel very much at home. The house has been very comfortable - every detail catered to and we appreciated the garden and plants which must be so difficult to cultivate in the high desert environment. We have loved the area, mainly hiking (we especially liked the summit of Wheeler Peak) but we are also now well acquainted with the sad demise of Governor Bent! Thank you so much for providing such a lovely holiday home. Best Wishes, Francesca and John
