Rent from daily (3 night minimum), month to month, 6 months or a year and enjoy all the comforts of this lovely vacation condo. The Community offers pool, hot tub and exercise facility and is minutes from shopping, restaurants, hiking, malls and Ventana Canyon Golf Course.
Rental rates per month and per week vary depending on time of year (see below). Please call or availability, any questions or to reserve this property.

The price includes all applicable fees, utilities, towels and linens. In addition to the price there is a one time cleaning fee of $85.00 for stays less than 3 weeks. The cleaning fee for stays 1 month or longer are $175.00. Guest shall pay for anything over $125.00 per month for electric (for monthly or longer stays). Maid service is available at an additional fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you play golf, we are able to make your tee times 60-90 days in advance with excellent rates at ALL the best courses in Tucson.
We allow pets on a case by case basis. We have a pet deposit of $500.00 of which $250.00 is refundable assuming there are no damages to the property.
