  We stayed there for a week. The condo was very nice. Defantly would stay there again. The only thing i wished was differant was that there were more channels on the tv. Although i didnt watch much, the kids complained about it. Besides that, it is defantly worth the stay. Everyone there is very nice.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  My stay here at your summit condo was very relaxing, enjoying, and adventuresome. We used the spa the pool and walked on the beach at midnight. I would recommend anyone with kids or as a nice getaway just for you and your hubby to get away. There are lots of restaurants around and if you want to dance there are a couple of clubs within walking distance right next door. Overall your condo was an amazing place to stay and I shall always have the memories of staying there on the beautiful white sandy beach.

  We stayed the week of June 18th 2011and the weather was great. The location of The Summit is perfect, it's not as packed as Front Beach rd. It still has go carts, gift shops, beachy restaurants, and a fair rides for kids under 5 all in walking distance. The crowd at The Summit for this week were 90% families, my 2 year old made new friends every day. We never used the Tiki bar but it stayed pretty busy, Bikini Bobs we did try and it had everything from bags of ice, 12 packs, to frozen drinks and lots of fried(bar) food. It was nothing special but it was super cheap which made it easy to grab some grub without going up to the condo. They also had ice cream in the gift shop and snow cones both a plus. The gift shop, workout room and game room we never used but all looks decent. The beach great! The pools were fine, always packed and people saved chairs that never got used. :/ The Condo.... It's on the 11th floor which makes for great views but the elevators were a pain. Give your self at least five min. to wait on them each time you ride. The condo was just like the pictures, it's a little dated but for the price you're paying it's more than worth it.It was clean and we felt we had no bad surprises. I don't go to the beach to hang indoors anyway. We were told to bring extra towels but we had plenty without using ours. The kitchen was fully stocked as in pots, strainers, blender, coffee machine. It even had dish washing soap and and salt and pepper, extra trash bags which is what I always forget. The shower water pressure was good and ac worked perfectly. The porch chairs could have been nicer, they were 2 cheapo plastic chair. We never heard any noise from the clubs next door, the condo is also on the opposite end of the clubs. The owners were great, they answered all my emails very quickly. We had a great time and could see myself staying at this condo again!
