The villa is a beautiful residence dating from 1800 and redesigned by the eccentric architect Giorgio Pes famous for the realizations of the movie sets “Gattopardo” and for the recent restyling of the Italian Parliament headquarter Palazzo Chigi and Villa Madama. The villa is on three floor each of them have a wide terrace furnished with living rooms and dining area. Villa Luna is the perfect place for those who want to discover the culture, and history or the natural beauty of Umbria, Lazio and the nearby Tuscany. In one wing of the house, but with independent access from outside, lives the caretakers. Two well mannered Labradors, trained to cohabitate and to respect the guests, live in the villa’s garden.
INTERIOR: Villa Luna is on three floors. The main entrance is on the middle floor, on this floor there is the entire living area, where there is the TV room with fireplace and the living room which has access to the panoramic terrace which is stylishly equipped with a gazebo which provides shade onto the garden room. Also on this floor there is the kitchen and dining room both of which with terrace. From the main entrance via an internal staircase one accesses the first floor made up of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a service bathroom. Underneath the same staircase there is the ground floor, made up from a twin bedroom, two double bedrooms each of them with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace.
PARK: Villa Luna is surrounded by 1 hectare of well kept lawn and is enriched by secular acacia trees and an old walnut trees. Laurel plants and ornamental bushes divides the various areas of the garden.
SWIMMING POOL: Open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, the rectangular shape swimming pool measure 14 x 8 with a depth of 1,60 m it is beautifully decorated with mosaic. The pool area it is well kept and it’s equipped with sun beds , chairs and two gazebos from which one is equipped as a kitchen and the other as a bathroom and changing room. Between the two gazebos there is a veranda which provides shade over a large granite table ideal for meals and drinks by the pool.
SERVICES INCLUDED: water, gas for kitchen use, electricity, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, swimming pool and garden maintenance.
SERVICES UPON REQUEST: extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€ 12,00 per person),

- Immersed in country side, located at 8 few Km the Motorway A1, exit Orvieto, it is a good starting point for whom like tours and sightseeing all over Tuscany, Umbria or Lazio. The important Umbrian cities like Todi, Perugia, Assisi and so on can be easily reached by the E45 super way. Orvieto has an important railway station that make easy visit by train the major cities like Rome or Florence avoiding the traffic and the parking problem.
