This charming cliff-side log cabin has an incredible view of the Lehigh Valley near White Haven, PA. Nestled on six acres of hardwood forest, this rustic retreat has all the amenities of a modern home. Close to all Pocono attractions yet secluded for that peaceful country feeling.
Our home is arranged family-style, with a large eat-in kitchen/dining room and bunk room set up to sleep six. In addition, there are two other bedrooms with queen beds. On the lower level is a cozy game room with HDTV and Blu-ray player, with a covered deck outside. The front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail and take in the gorgeous mountain views. Autumn colors are absolutely awesome!

Why the Owner Chose Freeland
We built this home as a spec home with the intention of selling it. When we sold our family home and bought a farm in central NY state, we decided to keep it in order to facilitate visiting family we have in the area. We enjoy it's close proximity to the Lehigh River and Pocono skiing, and it's secluded site is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
We enjoy going into the quaint town of White Haven for our morning coffee. From a tremendous coffee shop we take our cups down the path to the river and revel in the sounds and sights of the morning. Other mornings, we take a short drive to Hickory Run State Park to sit by the lake or in the boulder field.

We've stayed at Cliffside Cabin three times in the last six months and look forward to going back again. The owner, Paul, is very accommodating and always insures that everything is in order for a great visit. The view is breathtaking and the cabin is located within a short drive of coffee shops, restaurants and, of course, Pocono attractions. I highly recommend the Cliffside Cabin!---Jim&Terri
