BEST VALUE RIGHT ON PEAK 8 IN BRECKENRIDGE -- GOLD CAMP II CONDOMINIUM. This is the perfect family condo. Since we list and rent this property ourselves, we are able to eliminate expensive management company fees and pass along this savings to you.
Our condominium is in an ideal Breckenridge location. Just 1/4 mile from the lifts at Peak 8 and very close to the Nordic Cross Country Skiing center. The Ski shuttle bus stops right in front of the condominium complex and runs every 10-15 minutes. Our condominium is warm and comfortable, fully equipped, and a great value. The condo is equipped with free wireless internet.
The mountain view from the balcony is beautiful and peaceful. New to the 2012 Ski Season, the Gold Camp Condo complex has done an extensive remodeling project on the hot tub/sauna areas!
The new "One Ski Hill Place" with restaurants and other amenties is just a 1/4 mile away. From there, hop on the free gondola for a ride to Peak 7 or right into the center of town. (see Breckenridge website for times of operation)
So save your money for the slopes and enjoy our cozy and comfortable "home away from home."
You will love Breckenridge. Breckenridge encompasses 722 acres with 155 trails served by 29 lifts.
Kids are pampered at Breckenridge, which means parents can ski to their heart's content. There are three separate ski schools which provide all levels of instruction. There are special events for kids at the holidays.
The Breckenridge Recreation Center has a climbing wall, tennis and racqueball courts, and an indoor pool with a slide and lazy river. Also, there is ice skating and hockey at the town's indoor and outdoor skating rinks.
Summer in Breckenridge is our favorite time too, so do not forgot the summer and fall. The Summer/Fall season in the area has great music festivals, fantastic weather, and miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. Also, nearby are some of the best white water rafting sites in the West.
