The living room is 16-foot by 22-foot with a wall of glass opening onto a screened lanai which has a table and four chairs. The lanai overlooks beautiful grounds leading to pool and club house. Living room has a 36-inch TV and carousel DVD/CD player. Dining room has an expandable table with six chairs and a hutch. Kitchen is fully equipped with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Bar separates kitchen from living room and has three bar stools.

Master bedroom, 14-feet by 16-feet, has king-size motorized twin beds. Master bathroom has large shower, vanity, and walk-in closet. Second bath with furnished linen closet, has a tub/shower and vanity.

Two phones, central air conditioning/heating, two dish satellite TVs with remotes, four ceiling fans, wonderful neighbors. No smoking.

Orlando/McCoy International Airport is 90 minutes from Sebring; Sebring is accessible via Amtrak directly and via AutoTrain in Sanford, Florida. Good medical practitioners and new hospital within five miles.

    Recent guest suggested that villa is much more attractive than the pictures depict. Previous occupant said it was most attractive and comfortable.
