This 3 bedroom loft has lots of Southern charm with its exposed brick, a 50 inch plasma TV, Flat Screen TV's in all of the Bedrooms heated floors in bathrooms, and a balcony with a BBQ grill. This loft is just steps away from beautiful Forsyth Park, the Mansion and historic downtown Savannah. This vacation rental is one of the best living spaces for rent in downtown Savannah.
If you want to live like a local then this is the place for you. This completely renovated circa 1890 home has tons of Southern charm with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a gourmet kitchen that seats nine. This is an incredible place to spend your vacation time in Savannah and a fantastic place to entertain friends and family. The entire loft is surrounded by exposed brick and great architectural quirks.
Living Room- Come home from a long day touring the city and relax in plush lazy boy recliners or lie back and tack a nap on the Lazy Boy sofa recliner. The living room has hardwood floors, exposed Savannah brick walls, breakfast table and area rugs, a 50 inch flat screen television, DVD player and tons of free movies.
Kitchen - Cook a meal with friends and family in this kitchen that seats 9 and has standing room for 20 and you’re going to want to move in permanently. This kitchen has everything. It is fully supplied with a coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, all cooking utensils and pots and pans. We love this Vacation Rental!
Master Bedroom - Features a king size 4 poster bed, with comfy mattress and linens, faux fireplace and plenty of clothes storage in front of the bed. There is an armoire for valuables and other stored items. A flat screen TV has been added to the master Bedroom
Guest Bedroom #1 – Features a queen 4 poster bed with a comfy mattress and linens. There is plenty of storage space and the armoire is built into the wall. A flat Screen TV has been Added to this Bedroom as well
Guest Bedroom #2 – Features a Rod Iron queen bed, comfy sheets and linens and plenty of room for clothes storage A flat Screen TV has been added to this bedroom.
Master Bathroom – Includes a Jacuzzi tub, heated floors, separate heater for the bathroom, vanity sink, and Subway tiles and lots of room for accessories.
Guest Bathroom - Has a large shower, heated floors, vanity, hamper, and lots of storage for accessories.

I am an entrepreneur at heart and own 2 businesses. I am originally from Georgia but lived in Colorado, Alaska and Lake Tahoe for Ten years before returning to Georgia. I'm a Snowskier, Snowboarder, Fisherman and Kiteboarder.
Why the Owner Chose Tybee Island
I bought this property because of its location to downtown Savannah. It is one block from the largest and one of the best parks in Savannah. It has great historic details as well as the right amount of modern touches.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo/Loft
My property has exposed brick around all interior walls. It's one block from Forsyth. There is a great Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Interior building has been completely remodeled. The kitchen is fantastic and has seating for 10. There is a grocery store three blocks from the property. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
