I love this vacation rental. I manage this home for the homeowner and take my job seriously. If you call me there is a really good chance that Im going to answer the phone every single time. This Vacation rentals is a stand alone home that has plenty of parking for at least 4-5 cars in the driveway. The home has 3 Bedrooms all bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room. 3 bathrooms all of them have showers.

Renting homes from me is painless and professional. I take credit cards and require a $300.00 deposit to confirm the booking. The deposit is applied towards the remaining balance. So if your total was $1000 I take a $300 deposit, your remaining balance is $700. Thirty days prior to your arrival my booking software charges the balance automatically. I also sell Travel Insurance if you want it, which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a City or trip cancelation for any reason.
When booking a home with me you will receive emailed confirmations when renting a home from me instantly. When renting any one of my homes you will be able to go directly to the property with no need to check in at my office. All of the homes have Lockboxes with keys.

We couldn't have had a better rental! It's so close to the beach and centrally located to everything! It is a spacious house and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved every minute and hate to leave! As my 6 year old said, "Mommy, please call and see if we can stay for one more week or two!" Wish we could!

My family and I had an absolute BLAST!! House was great! Steps from the beach and minutes from shopping and dining. Will be back next year!!

We had a great beach trip. The house is close to the beach and offers plenty of room-- even with all the kids' toys we brought along. The owner was easy to reach when we needed him. Great location. I'd recommend this to anyone-- but not too loudly since I want to be able to reserve another week next year!
