This contemporary residence is located in “The Palms”- one of the hottest spots in San Francisco’s exciting South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood! The Palms is a luxury full-service condominium complex that is virtually new (completed in 2006) and has every amenity imaginable.

The unit is a clean, bright, well maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1200 square foot unit that overlooks a beautiful tropical palm filled courtyard and is extremely quiet. It has gorgeous walnut hardwood floors throughout, crown moldings, tall ceilings, and a private balcony. You’ll find stainless steel Bosch appliances in the kitchen, a washer and dryer inside the unit, large closets in the bedrooms plus additional storage closets, and marble countertops in the bathrooms.

The unit is completely furnished and includes all kitchen utensils, bed linens, plasma TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and desks with computer connectivity in each bedroom. The building is very well-lit and amenities such as on-site security, 24 hour concierge service, a lounge area in the lobby, a gym and fitness center, a yoga studio, a conference room with video conferencing, a business center, a recreation room, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The doormen and concierges are helpful and polite.

The location is close to almost everything. It is a quick stroll to CalTrain and a block away from Muni. Wonderful restaurants like Fringale, Zuppa, Tabu, and Bacar are located just across the street. Leave your car at home and head over to Whole Foods, Safeway, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, the Post Office, the Metreon, Giants Stadium or downtown and Union Square – all are just minutes away!!! A short walk brings you to Market Street, the Financial District, South Beach, the Embarcadero waterfront, and the many attractions that make this location so ideal. NOTE: WE HAVE A MINIMUM 4-NIGHT STAY.

Fabulous Condo! Location perfect for ATT Park

We were extremely happy with our stay. Pat and Ann were very gracious hosts. The location was perfect for going to Giants games and was within walking distance to MOMA, Union Square, Ferry Building etc. Plenty of great restaurants/bars in the area. We plan to stay here again! Bonus: Condo is two blocks from the Caltrain station which made getting to and from SFO a breeze.
