We enjoy the beautiful outdoors in this Winter paradise. Beautiful beaches, magnificent restaurants and shops. Perfect place for safe bike riding, walking or jogging. Visiting the museums and theaters or just hanging out at the weekly marketplaces. Tours to the Everglades are always fascinating.

For the past two years we have had the privilege of occuping this condo for two months, then three the next season. We just recently cancelled for 2012, because we bought in the same area. In all of Naples you cannot beat the location and quality of this condo for the money. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and has a bedroom and bath at each end for privacy. A few miles to beach and famous 5 th Ave. Park your car, and walk or bike because you are two blocks to grocery store and resturants. A mile to dept stores, movie theater and excercise around the many quiet neighborhoods behind Winterpark. The pool is the size of a "small pond" with great tennis courts. Don't forget the farmer's market across the street every Sat. morn with fresh fruits,flowers and veggies.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

We stayed Jan. of 2010 The condo is very clean, updated, nice size with beautiful new furnishings and appliances and comfortable. Nice big laundry room. Offers a beautiful, huge pool area with many friendly people. We biked all around the area. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby or a short drive away. Owners are very accommodating. Highly recommended. The price offered is great!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed in condo Feb-March 2010. A perfect location, walk to small shopping center with grocery store, couple of restaurants and take out. Walk or bike for hours through surrounding neighborhoods. Huge pool and lots of tennis courts. less than 10min drive to beach. Apartment was completely renovated with new furniture and immaculate. would stay again and highly recommend this property.

We stayed in this apartment for 17 days in April 2010. Everything was perfect, clean with all commodities. Very comfortable and luxuous. There was a big pool and many tennis courts. Only 4 miles from beach and 5th ave. Biking friendly all around. We would recommend this apartment to anybody.
