One year old home one block from the Bay. Huge covered deck with great views of the water provides a great place to relax! Wood floors throughout open living area/kitchen and a custom dining room. Get a view of the water even while at the kitchen sink! Stainless steel appliances and slate tile countertops.
Two carpeted spacious bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements. Master has a queen bed with separate bathroom and huge walk-in shower. Second bath has tub/shower combo.
Home was completed in May 09 so everything in it is spotless and new. Tankless water system provides on-demand hot water and home is energy efficient.
Covered carport accommodates multiple cars and/or boats. Easy access to walking and biking path one block away and town of Rockport is only a few blocks away. Great home for Winter Texans or those just wanting to relax and enjoy the Texas Coast.

Why the Owner Chose Rockport
Rockport is a great town and we've been fishing the Texas Coast for years. We decided to build a second home here because of the friendly people, laid-back atmosphere, and close proximity to the town and water!

We are Andy and Lisa Hernandez. We love to travel and enjoy the Texas Coast and all kinds of fishing. Skiing is another favorite hobby so we often head to the mountains too. Our two daughters are growing up and leaving us empty (but happy) nesters!

This is a great home. Very comfortable with all the amenities. One block from the water and a fantastic view. Lisa was very friendly and easy to work with. Rockport is a neat little town with interesting shops and galleries. We had a wonderful week relaxing with the kids and Thanksgiving weather was fantastic.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers.

This beautiful home is in a wonderful setting. The surrounding bays offer the wildlife enthusiast a multitude of experiences. The morning sunrise across the bay is a special treat for the early risers. Lisa, Andy, and the folks of Rockport are very friendly. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

Beautiful beach home within walking distance of the bay. Lisa and Andy made sure we had everything we needed for the month we were there. We would highly recommend this home for vacations.

We rented this home for two months. Nov.,Dec.09. Home is less than 1Yr. old. Nice view of Aransas Bay&nicely furnished.Has everything you need including WI- FI. Very nice & accomidating oweners. Thanks Andy& Lisa. We enjoyed our stay in your home. Joseph&Loretta.
