This place is fantastic! My husband and I stayed here with my parents and uncle, we had plenty of space, everything is brand new and beautiful. Its a very short walk to the beach and the house has panoramic views making for a gorgeous sunset. We only stayed one night due to time constraints but I would definitely go back for a week or longer! I love the area and this is the perfect house for two couples with or without kids. The owners were great to work with as well.

Family of 4 spent 8 days here. Perfect place to stay put or use as home base for day trips in the area. The house itself is comfortable, beautiful, many nice touches. Spectacular views from the picture windows, abutting hills in the back with deer browsing, quiet setting. The ping pong table gave us many hours of enjoyment after a day exploring. Would highly recommend it for couples or for a family.

We spent 8 days and 7 nights here and it was a very enjoyable relaxing break from work. The view is great the house is clean and well cared for and the area is user friendly. The only down side is the 90 miles back to the City. Also get ready to deal with very unresponsive and agressive bicycle riders on the hiway. You are close to Petaluma and Sebastipol for grocery shopping. The stores in Bodega Bay are ok for the fill in stuff. We had a pizza and some deli sandwiches from 2 local stores and the food was very good and affordable. The local resturants are also acceptable for sure. The drive north to Jenner is super as long as the fog is out. Beautiful country. I would refer people to this property with no hesitation what so ever. We have rented in many other area of the country and this is a nice as any we have used any where. The view is great and the quiet is wonderful. A great place well cared for and worth the price!!

It's been said in other reviews....this rental is much nicer than the pictures. Nice remodel, roomy, great views, open and well appointed kitchen, new linens, big fat thirsty towels, a divine shower...the ping pong table room got plenty of use. Location was great for us, we visited wineries, antique shops, made some friends at the local pub...don't miss Spuds Marina for chowder and Island Deli (?) for fish tacos.... oh and over to Freestone to Wildflour for the most amazing bread on the planet. We had racoons and deer visit the giant back yard....gonna have to come back to see the bobcat(?). Only thing that would make this place the absolute perfect spot is a fire pit for the side yard. Owner was very accomodating, let us come in for a short stay during peak season (squeezed us in between to week-long rentals) AND he left us some yummy wine! We'll be back when that Coleman Valley road ride calls again!

We recently spent a 3 day weekend in Bodega Bay and absolutely loved this home. It's in a small neighborhood a couple miles from Bodega Bay and only a 5 minute walk to a local beach. The house itself is new and very clean, with everything you could ever need. I highly recommend it!

This home is better than brand new on the inside with modern appliances, stylish furnishings and meticulous attention to detail. The kids will love the sleeping lofts, short walk to the beach, large backyard and movie selection. The adults will love watching the sunset from the porch, the complimentary Sonoma County wine and modern amenities. Everyone will love the ping pong table. The owner was professional, prompt and helpful. We highly recommend nearby Goat Rock Beach where we found crabs, starfish and seals. Can't wait to come back again.

This house far exceeded our expectations. The photos cannot do it justice. The home is spacious, immaculate, bright, and the views are spectacular! Everything we needed was there, including toys for our grandson! The large backyard was a suprise that our grandson loved exploring. Although there are other houses nearby, the design of the house is so well-planned, it felt very private. Within short walking distances are several wonderful beaches. Less than 5 minutes away are a variety of delicious restaurants, and fun shopping spots. Hiking trails are countless. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and our transaction went very smoothly. We definately look forward to going back to this home again and again.

This place was wonderful! The pictures are great, but the house is even better then that. We especially enjoyed the view and being so close that we could walk to the beach. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet . . . we could hear the ocean at night from bed! We really appreciated how clean it was too. Thanks for the bottle of wine! It went great with the meal we were able to fix in the spacious kitchen. We have already recommended this place to our friends and hope to stay again ourselves!

This house is located in a small development with its back yard (not fenced but quite large) adjacent to wild fields where deer regularly pass. It's far enough from the main road to be very quiet. Short drives up and down the coast get you to Bodega Bay or Jenner and many beaches. The interior is feels very roomy with plenty of windows. The former garage is a playroom (you park in the driveway) with a ping pong table and a couple of chests full of toys. Our four-year-old boy was very entertained indoors and out (where there is another supply of outdoor and beach toys). The kitchen was extremely well equipped with nicer utensils left for the tenant to use. Everything about the arranging and payment went quite smoothly. Excellent experience and value.

we had the most fantastic spring break getaway. Our young kids enjoyed exploring the several beaches in walking distance and building dams in the creeks. The house's location and amenities are simply outstanding!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely beach house. Everything was clean and well stocked. The views were great and even when it was raining the beaches were beautiful. Our kids loved the game room and movie selection. The wine was a nice surprise too. Thanks so much, we can't wait to come again!

This house is great! It is very clean, very comfortable, and everything's new. Our 3-year-old was thrilled with the toys and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Even though it rained we didn't mind staying inside too much. Also the backyard of this house seemed to be the only one with trees (beautiful ones, too). Thanks for the great stay!

LOVED this house. Brand new, beautifully finished, well decorated, comfortable, and everything a family of four (two kids under 4) could ever ask for. The ping-pong table is a huge bonus, but the views are worth the price of entry. We'll be back!!!!

This home is spectacular! We had a wonderful time over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is well stocked, the tv's are great, the furniture is very clean and comfortable....everything is brand new. The ping pong room is perfect with games and toys all there for the kids to use. We took walks around the neighborhood and sat on the back porch for HOURS! This place is just fabulous. We will definately be back. Thanks for sharing it with us!!
