Large King Master bedroom on 2nd floor with walk in closet, balcony and flat screen HDTV. Second bedroom on 2nd floor has a queen bed, closet, balcony and flat screen HDTV. The third bedroom is a 3rd floor loft configuration with a bunk bed - full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. Two full baths (one on 1st floor, one on 2nd floor). Washer & dryer (in 3rd floor loft) for those days when everything is a little wet.
Great location...2 miles to Historic Main St; 1.5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort; 3 miles from Deer Valley; 3.5 miles from The Canyons.

Location, location, location. Just a comfortable unit to be in - whether it is in the summer on the back deck watching the sun go down or February and you are telling tales of your powder runs around the kitchen table.

There was 5 of us that stayed there, 2 couples and my son. There was room for more. It was very clean and kept very well. It was so convenient to get to everywhere. Park city was like a 3 minute drive and the Canyons was about the same. It was about 5 minutes to Downtown Park City at main St. The hot tub was awesome after a hard day of skiing. I couldn't see spending twice the money just to ski in and out which is what we wanted in the first place, when there is a beautiful place like this just blocks away. Plus we went to a few other mountains so we only skiied Park once. 2 Thumbs up great spot. Any negatives? Just not to be completely one sided the doors stick sometimes, and the hot tub is right outside by the little street you pull in on but we didnt mind. The people out there were great.

I took 5 other guys to Park City and they Canyons for ski trip this year and we had an absolute blast. Both mountains are incredible. This condo was the perfect place to stay. We were never more than a few miles away from either mountain and the shuttle service was so convenient. The condo was also very convenient to downtown Park City so having a nice dinner after a long day of skiing was no problem at all. Also, the owner of this condo was very easy to work with as well as very helpful when it came to recommendations for food and travel. I highly recommend this condo to any family or group of 6 people or less. It was very clean and well kept. The owner makes every aspect of renting this unit as easy and painless as possible. So if your heading that way don't forget to check this unit out. The racquet club has all kinds of amenities but you would hardly even need to use them because this unit is as cozy as it gets. The hot tub on the deck made it real easy to recover from those long days on the slopes and not to mention was perfect for gazing up at the stars late at night. Once again, I highly recommend this condo. Renting the perfect unit has never been so easy and affordable.

My family of 6 stayed here June 2010. The condo was exactly as it was portrayed. My family loved this place. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The hot tub was wonderful. It is in a beautiful location. We would stay here again.
