Only 20 min. from the Eagle airport, two hours from Denver, this 6400 sq. ft. new, luxury home, furnished in a warm, inviting modern style, is conveniently located in a beautiful gated community—Arrowhead at Vail; one of the Beaver Creek villages. Just call and within minutes, a free ski shuttle picks you up at the driveway, so you can ski the Arrowhead lift (3 blocks away) or request drop-off at Bachelor’s Gulch or Beaver Creek. You can ski your way over to the Beaver Creek lifts from Arrowhead. Only 20 min. to Vail Village.
This luxurious home has been specially designed and furnished to accommodate multiple families. There are six extra-large bedrooms, each with a private bath. Top floor has three beautifully furnished king bedrooms, with luxury linens. Each has its own spectacular private bath, with Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. Master suite has 42” flat screen TV. Downstairs you’ll find a Junior Master Suite with two queen beds and luxury bath. The remaining two bedrooms have four bunk beds in each, and private baths. The bunk beds are double-width, and can sleep single adults, teenagers, or two small children in each bed. Can easily accommodate 8-16 children—perfect for multiple families. Each bedroom has an iPod charger and alarm.
Full size kitchen includes gourmet appliances, granite countertops, plus all necessary amenities. Enjoy the fantastic view from the dining room. Dining table seats 12-16; breakfast nook seats 4; bar seating for 4. Private chef or catering services are available for additional fee.
Office area has PC with broadband internet access, or bring your laptop and access the wireless network, with a strong signal throughout the house. Large wrap-around balcony provides another fantastic mountain and golf-course view. Cozy rustic hearth room is a great place to enjoy morning coffee in front of the fireplace. Main living room has plenty of comfortable seating, with an extra long sofa, three comfy chairs and a large ottoman for fireplace seating. 60” HDTV in living room, small kitchen TV available.
Enormous game room downstairs, with board games, cards and game table; foosball table and 14-ft shuffleboard table – fun for everyone! Media center includes 65” HDTV; Blu-Ray, premium cable channels, iPod player, plus a brand new X-box 360 and small library of video games. Plush sectional is perfect for lounging and relaxing. Full size bar, complete with ice-maker, refrigerator and wine cellar (BYOB, please).
Three car garage plus driveway parking for three additional vehicles. Snow removal services included. Full size washer/dryer are provided, or mid-week housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Grocery stores nearby, or we can provide special services such as pre-arrival grocery shopping, bar stocking, DVD or video game rentals. During your stay, we can help arrange babysitting, or private catering with advance notice. Local contact available for quick response for any emergency or maintenance requests.
Private 8 person hot tub on your back porch or use the shared pool and hot tub available at Arrowhead village, just steps from the Arrowhead lift. Five-star Vista Restaurant is in the gated community; boutique shopping and more restaurants in nearby Edwards square. Pizza delivery also available. We'll provide a list of our favorites.
Please note: THIS IS NOT A SUITABLE WEDDING VENUE. Many of our neighbors are full time residents and parking is limited. The back yard is on a cul-de-sac, so a large outdoor patio party would impose on our neighbors' good will. Please do not make inquiries for weddings, receptions or large parties.

We just enjoyed the most wonderful Christmas vacation at Beaver Creek. Staying in Arrowhead is so convenient and this gorgeously decorated home is absolutely perfect. We had 13 family members and we had more than enough room. We enjoyed almost every family meal together at the massive table and it could not have been better. Thank you for opening your beautiful home for other families to enjoy!

The house met all our expectations. Perfect for our family of 8 adults and 12 grandchildren ranging in age from 6-15. The lower level was great for the kids sleeping and having entertainment space. All the furnishingts fit the setting well and very comfortable for a relaxing week. No one felt crowded- the layout was very open and welcoming. Minnesota group- last week of July, 2011

I booked this house for 3 families over spring break. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very helpful. The house itself is amazing! we had adults upstairs and kids downstairs. the kids loved the Xbox and we hadly heard from them at night. The adults could relax upstairs and drink wine by the fire. It is a short drive (1/2 mile) to the Arrowbaun lift. There is a parking lot right there that was great to use. We did use the shuttle a few times and it was easy too. our favorite places to ski were the Bachlor Gulch and Arrowhead mountains. There were hardly any peolple skiing and we never waited in line for a lift.We are considering coming back next year and if our group stays the same we will likely try to rent this house again.

This home is perfect for a group or very large family. We were a group of 12 adults, all had a private BR and BA with so much room no one felt cramped. Usually our group spends much of the time at resorts apres ski, with this house, we found ourselves wanting to head back to the huge game room and hot tub area. The free shuttle to Beaver Creek even picked us all up at the front door. Highly recommend this home! I didn't even mention the immaculate kitchen and decor.

My family loved this home. We were a party of 15, with ages ranging from 2 years to 68 and all of us were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the surroundings, their rooms downstairs, the game room and all the space they had to play in this beautifully decorated home. It is a great place to spend quality family time. The kitchen is one of the best I have ever seen. We highly recommend this home and plan to return as soon as we can.

We traveled to Arrowhead for our spring break and your home was perfect for our group that ranged from age 5 to 60! Not only is the house beautifully designed and furnished, but the layout worked really well for us. The kids enjoyed being downstairs, while the adults were comfortable upstairs. Everyone commented on the fabulous beds and bedding...sleep came easy! We all agreed that we would love to return...we hated to go home. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay!

We recently had five families stay at this gorgeous home. There was plenty of seating, dining space, and private sleeping and bath accomodations for all of us. The home is beautifully decorated, very welcoming and comfortable, family friendly, and full of all the amenities any group would require. The location is ideal - with a courtesy shuttle to and from the Arrowhead lift. We highly recommend this property!

This was a wonderful vacation home for our family. We stayed with two other families and it was spacious, beautifully designed and decorated, and gave a great sense of luxury! This is the ultimate mountain vacation home. Spacious and impeccably, but comfortably decorated, with either a family, adult only group, or both in mind. Layout perfect for large group of adults and kids to coexist happily. Location offers everything anyone could ever want in a mountain resort,summer or winter, all within minutes. Owner can recommend in house chefs for terrific meals in a gorgeous dining setting.If you have reached this listing, this is indeed the place you want to stay. Wow, this place was perfect for our family. Impeccably decorated, great views of the mountains, blocks from the lifts, and 10 minutes to fly fishing, shopping, groceries and restaurants. Huge living room to watch the sunrise, dining table overlooking the golf course, mud room with cubby holes for each kid, bikes ready to go in the garage...everything was well thought out. Our kids loved the lower level where they could play foosball or shuffle board and watch HD NCAA football at the same time. The gated community gave me the freedom to let the kids explore on their own. Feels like secluded luxury but with all the convenience you could want. We WILL be going back!
