THE FISHBOWL! Any place that you stand in this property you feel like you are 'one' with the water. The GIANT windows across the back of the unit create a panoramic, forever feeling like you are actually on the water.
Only an hour and fifteen minute drive from Tulsa, this gorgeous home is nestled inside the prestigious, gated community known as Shangri La Estates with the new Peninsula at Grand Lake development nearby. It has an unbelievable location with two bedrooms upstairs and a panoramic kitchen that opens to the living room and the dining area with a 'forever' view of water.
Whether your pleasure is on the lake or the golf course it is all right here! The lake, the day dock and a beach area to swim or park your WaveRunner are just steps away from the back porch. A full service marina is also within a 10-minute walking distance. In addition, Shangri La Marina houses an outdoor restaurant and bar and rental of Sea-Doos, sail boats, jet boats, pontoon boats, and tube and ski equipment. You could schedule a parasailing adventure or rent Sea-Doo's for an afternoon.
Our homeowners association has taken great pride and focus in the landscape and grounds keeping in the Estates. Walking around the upper and lower ponds and enjoying the waterfalls happens to be one of our family favorites.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining bath. The downstairs has a pullout queen and a full bath as well. This property is enjoyable year-round. You will not be disappointed!
