This unit is beautiful, The beach is less than 200 steps away. This prime location is situated between two beach public access points, making it easy to come and go to the beach. Condo is part of a quiet 6-unit building so there is no hassle with resort fees, elevators or too many guests. Both the building and unit have undergone a complete renovation, providing you with all the modern amenities.
Enjoy a partial ocean view from the balcony over your morning cup of coffee as the breeze immediately relaxes you. The kitchen is updated with modern appliances, granite counters & lots of space to prepare meals. From the living room, you'll be able to see part of the ocean from the large front window as you sit in the comfy chairs.
The first bedroom has 1 KING bed & a TV. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. The sofa in the living room has a full pull-out bed. There is also access to an air mattress if needed. This unit & building is completely renovated and nicely furnished. Extend your stay with no worry about laundry with the W/D.
Onsite is a pool and spa with a flagstone patio and palm trees providing a nice backdrop to your relaxation time.
We trust our guests and therefore provide many extras such as access to our beach chairs, beach towels, beach games, and cooler. Our kayaks can be made available for a small fee to enjoy on the bay. There is nearby golfing and we can provide 2 sets of clubs as requested.

I moved to South Texas 13 years ago and upon my first trip to South Padre Island, I knew I wanted a vacation home there. I am a full time educator, now working in administration and live in Weslaco, Texas. But my heart is in South Padre. I love the relaxation I feel as I drive across the causeway. My favorite activities at the island are kayaking, walking my dogs and reading on my balcony. I hope to learn kitesurfing soon. I am currently an educational consultant and full time doctoral student.

This condo was perfect! We had a wonderful vacation and loved everything about our stay. Anything we could have needed was provided. The condo was clean and well kept, nicely decorated, and had plenty of room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable, the pool was great, and the convience of having the kitchen and washer/dryer was wonderful. We loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves at night. I would highly recomend this rental.

My husband and I stayed here after looking at several places, from high-rise condos to duplexes. I finally picked Tracy's place because of the reviews and that pets are welcomed. I wasn't disappointed at all with my decision. Being a big beach person and preferring to stay ON the beach, I was a little skeptical about the location. It's probably equivalent to being "third row from the beach." The beach access was close enough and the walk was nothing. The beach was perfect! No water shoes needed! It was so convenient having a washer/dryer and wireless internet access. The condo was more than enough space for a couple and their dog. Having a balcony was another reason I chose to stay here. It was relaxing sitting outside with a drink and listening to the waves. We have a 10 year old Corgi and the stairs were a little rough for him but everything else was great. Tracy was a pleasure to deal with and answered all of our questions promptly. We hadn't been to Padre in about 10 years but this trip has confirmed our decision to return at least once a year and stay here!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The condo was clean, very roomy, and perfect for our needs. The location was central to all the shops and beach, parking was easy and the area was peaceful and quiet. Tracy provides everything you could possibly need from beach towles, to a pop up canopy, chairs, toys...and even a dog kennel for those with pets (literally everything you need). We were quite impressed and don't have a single complaint. We will definitely be staying here again and have recommended it to family and friends!! Thank you Tracy!!

We loved our stay at this great condo right off the beach! The apartment is clean and spacious, with great amenities like a washer/dryer, wireless internet, and a pool. Sitting on the balcony in the shade with the breeze and the sound of the ocean is so incredibly peaceful. It's great to be within walking distant of the beach and some great local bars and restaurants. We were so happy during our time at this wonderful condo - we will definitely be back!

This was my first time going to South Padre Island, and I am counting down the days until I can go back to stay in this amazing condo again. After an extremely comfortable nights sleep, nothing was better then drinking my morning joe on the balcony with a view of the beach and the cool ocean breeze. The condo was a hop, skip, and a jump away from two different beach access points which made multiple trips to the beach very each. The only reason I needed my car was to drive down from Houston because I parked it in front of the condo the rest of the time and enjoyed strolling to local restaurants, shops, and bookstores. This spacious condo, located in a quaint building, was beautiful inside and out.
