Located 1/4 mile within the Florida state line from Alabama, Needle Rush Point allows for a secluded feel while still being close to the what you want. Your parking is only steps away from the front door. There is NO ELEVATOR and no stairs in the unit. The boardwalk to the pool is 30 paces from the unit. If you walk 15 paces more down the boardwalk, there you are on the beach. When the weather is not cooperating, Tanger Outlet Stores is 20 miles away in Foley, Alabama. The Wharf is located approximately 13 miles away. This newly constructed entertainment mecca has the following: an amphitheater (which holds concerts throughout the year), a wide array of shops, and restaurants (from casual to fine dining).
Being able to go to the Ole River side and watch dolphin has many winding their day down that way. In the winter as the sun sets, it appears to be submerging itself into the Gulf of Mexico and is watched from the spacious balcony.
As you walk down the beach in either direction you are likely to find shells of all types. Collecting these shells is an easy way to escape. Whether it's seclusion or shopping, this Perdido Key get-a-way has all you are looking for and more.

Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2003
I live in Mobile, AL. The property is a safe haven from all the hassles of every day life. The winter is too busy and we've enjoyed the condo in the summer and would like to have it used in the winter. The unit is owned by my mother who insisted on a hassel-free environment. She got what she wanted.
Why the Owner Chose Pensacola
Needle Rush Point was one of the first condominium units built on Perdido Key. The wood finish and three stories differs greatly from all of the high-rise concrete jungles that have been planted. There are grocery stores and specialty stores located 4-5 miles away. There is access to the Ole River side for boats. No elevators and less crowds on the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
No elevators. Seconds, not minutes, from the beach. The world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge is an easy 8 minute walk to the West. The landscaping is second-to-none and the views from the balcony of the never-crowded beach are some of the best.
