Punta Gorda is conveniently located only 35 minutes from Southwest Florida (Ft. Myers) International Airport (RSW). We are 2 1/2 hours from Orlando for side trips to Disney. Gulf beaches are 40 minutes away and we have beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and floaties to use for your trips to the beach. Punta Gorda is a charming harbor side town with parks, walking/biking trails, waterfront restaurants and shops. Great golfing, boating, fishing and sailing are all right here!

It is our privilege to share it with you and we hope that it is a place where you create wonderful memories, as it has been for our family. We have great pride of ownership in our Florida home and hope that you will see this difference. We live in Minneapolis, MN and have 2 daughters. Mark is a consultant in Higher Education and I run a hospitality and property management company. With my background in property management, I can assure you a great experience when you rent from us and that our transaction will be handled in a professional and efficient manner.
Why the Owner Chose Punta Gorda Isles
We LOVE to Sail and Punta Gorda is the sailing capital of Florida on beautiful Charlotte Harbor! Sail Magazine rated Punta Gorda as one of the top 10 places to sail in the US. We fell in love with the Harbor, the canals that allow quick quick access to it, the sailing community and of course, the awesome Florida weather. Being from the Midwest, we wanted to invest in a retirement home that would give us a winter escape until we could be there full time. We also were thrilled to find a place that came with a dock for our sailboat.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
What we loved most about this unit, after looking at countless others, was the soaring 20-25 foot ceilings in every room! It feels much bigger than it is because of the openness and feels very light, big and bright. Even the bathrooms have high ceilings! The other thing that stands out is the gorgeous water view that we have from our master bedroom, great room and lanai. We love to open the huge sliding glass doors all the way and let the breezes off the water come in! Granite counter tops and a jacuzzi jetted tub in the master bath were 2 luxury features that also set this unit apart when we were looking to buy. We also love the waterfront community of Punta Gorda - the entire city is situated around Charlotte Harbor and its unique heritage and culture.
