Located between 7th and 8th Avenues, the apartment is on the quiet side off the street, one flight up with no elevator.
The apartment includes a fully-equipped designer kitchen. A private balcony overlooking neighboring gardens provides a "Holly Golightly" perch for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
A sleeping loft over the kitchen area has a double bed, while the sitting area includes a double convertible sofa-bed. Bath with shower/tub.
Wireless internet, flat-panel TV with cable, air-conditioning. Smoking on balcony only, please. Because of balcony, this apartment is not suitable for small children. No minimum stay. $250-300 per night.
Credit card required for reservation; 10% non-refundable deposit charged at time of reservation and applied to total charges. Payment in full of balance at check-in, may be made in cash if you prefer.
