This gorgeous and roomy 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath villa was completely renovated in 2004. The renovation included new tile floors on the main level, new kitchen appliances and a complete re-do of all bathrooms. Two new HVAC units and Pella windows and sliding doors were installed. This Villa is very family friendly and it has all the amenities. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and flat screen TV. This unit was consistently rated "Premier" by Sea Pines Rentals, which is their highest rating.
Everything you could want in a vacation spot is nearby. Harbour Town, with its restaurants, shopping and water activities, is a short 5-7 minute walk. World-class golf and tennis are literally next door. Once you stay here, you will come back year after year.

- Air Conditioning: Most Heritage Villas units have only one heating and cooling unit. When we renovated we added another unit just for the third floor. Believe me it makes a huge difference.

Why the Owner Chose Harbour Town, Heritage Villas
My wife and I have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for many years. While we have traveled all over the world, we have never found a better family vacation spot. Hilton Head offers beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, bike trails, fishing, water sports, great golf and tennis, and so much more, in a family-friendly environment. When we decided to purchase a "place at the beach" there was never any question where it would be, HHI!!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The ground floor offers a living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and private bath. The third floor has two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds and a large bathroom. The separation provided by the three-floor layout offers much appreciated privacy. The pool(one of the largest in Sea Pines)is located just out the back of our unit and is very convenient. Harbour Town, with its restaurants, shopping and scenic lighthouse and harbor, is a short 5-7 minute walk. It is a 10 minute bike ride or short drive to Sea Pines Beach Club, which has a restaurant and bar, gift shop, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Our favorite activity is riding our bikes on the many bike trails within Sea Pines Plantation. The trails are shady and flat and we never tire of this.
Harbour Town is loaded with shops, restaurants, water sports, etc. Just walking around and looked at the gorgeous boats makes for a fun evening. But don't forget Greg Russel who has a show each night
Lawton Stables offers horse back riding in the Nature Preserve. Also, there is a petting zoo for the kids. Lots of fun for the little ones.
Sea Pines Center offers some very nice shops and restaurants. Truffles restaurant is one of my family's favorites. About a 5 minute walk from our Villa.
If you like nature this is the place for you. There are walking and biking trails throughout this 605 acre preserve. Several lakes in the preserve offer some great fresh water fishing.
All guests are welcome at the beach club. Here you will find a great beach with lifeguards. There is a great bar and casual restuarant and of course restrooms and showers.
At South Beach you will find water sports, shops, etc. But most important is the famous "Salty Dog" restaurant and shop. This is must do on your list.
At the pier in Harbour Town you can on a jet ski or go parasailing. Lots to do.
Harbour Town Golf Links is the home of the Heritage Golf PGA tour event in April, right after the Masters in Augusta, GA. As you can see Heritage Villas backs up to the course - #1 hole.

I am a native Atlantan and have lived here all my life. My wife is from upstate New York (the Finger Lakes area) but has lived in Atlanta over 25 years. We have three daughters and three grandchildren. Needless to say, we all love visiting Hilton Head as often as we can.
