This was a perfect beach house to enjoy while visiting our Cal Poly students. Super close to ocean where you can see it very easily from living room windows and both decks. (wish we brought our binoculars!) this had all the amenities we needed and used (BBQ grill on deck, TV, coffemaker, dishes, etc). Beautiful coastline walks with very friendly neighbors made our stay so enjoyable. Landowner was very easy and friendly to work with.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

In the 4 months we spent in this lovely little home overlooking the Pacific, we never got tired of the fabulous views, beautiful scenery or abundant wildlife. Dolphins, whales, pelicans, gulls, oyster catchers and numerous other birds were so fun to watch. The first morning we were there, we saw a pod of dolphins from the living room windows! Lots of close by opportunities for hiking, biking, kayaking. The house is very pleasant and comfortable and the owners are a joy to work with.

This unique home far exceeded our expectations. Absolutely wonderful views from every area of the Main Living Level. Pictures in listing really do not do it justice. We rented the home for a 1 month period and felt as though we were at home with ocean in our front yard. The home itself was VERY comfortable and the Owners made us feel very welcome to do our own thing. Location is near everything you would want...great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Pleasant neighborhood with a very friendly feel. Great sitting area just steps away for viewing frolicking sea life and gorgeous sunsets. We would not hesitate recommending this property. Only issue for some would be the stairs leading to main living area and rooftop.

I loved living at this vacation rental. I had only planned on renting for 3 months while I looked for more long-term housing after a move. But I enjoyed the views and easy access to beautiful sunsets and beaches that I stayed 10. The only downfall is the bedrooms are all downstairs, so you don't get the views from any of them. But when you walk up the stairs in the morning the view of the pacific will do more for your morning mood than coffee. Landlords were great to work with. If you don't have a car, taxi service a little pricey to get too far. But you can bike to so many places and there are places to rent bikes nearby. Great kayak tours nearby too,
