No matter how much snow may accumulate outside, this warm, inviting home will be cozy inside. My first impression as I opened the magnificent, handcrafted entry door was the unmistakable richness of fine wood throughout. It was the foundation and heart of this home. Each piece of furniture and hand picked décor created a retreat to share with family and friends alike. From the stunning tile with wood inset floors to the lofty ceilings, this home was truly pleasing to the eye.
Large, granite counter tops in the kitchen provide the working space atop custom cabinetry in the open, gourmet kitchen. The sun drenched morning nook with window seat, gas fireplace and flat screen TV is the perfect place to sit down with a hot cup of coffee to start your day. An elegant dining table with high backed upholstered chairs is set between the kitchen and the great room. There is ample seating for a large group to enjoy their meals together. The double sided fireplace, which dominates the great room, is flanked by floor to ceiling windows which reflect the beautiful Colorado landscape. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with large floor to ceiling windows, a fireplace, flat screen TV, a grand shower and private sauna room.
The upper floor has three uniquely decorated bedrooms, each with its own private bath and a flat screen TV. A den/study provides additional sleeping with a pull out sleeper sofa. The lower, walk out level of this home has a spacious entertainment room with a large flat screen TV, a sectional couch large enough for the whole family and two additional bedrooms & bathrooms. A bonus sauna room to use after a long day on the slopes can also be found downstairs as well as an outdoor hot tub.
While this home is nestled in the pines on a quiet cul-de-sac, downtown Frisco is just a stones throw away. Frisco, “The Main Street to the Rockies” provides a number of dining options, boutiques & shops. For those visiting during the warmer months there are several hiking/biking trails within walking distance. Dillon reservoir, also near by provides fishing opportunities as well as boating, windsurfing and additional walking & biking paths. Shop til you drop at the Silverthorne Outlets, just 6 miles away. Frisco is also known as the heart of Summit County because of its close proximity to the many surrounding ski resorts.
You are sure to find comfort, relaxation & fun when you stay in this elegant mountain home!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We love Frisco, it's the best. It gives us a variety of places to ski in the winter and tremendous choices for outdoor activities in the summer. Frisco is an adorable mountain hamlet with many original historical buildings from the wild west. It has it's own wonderful dining and bars and close to Breckenridge, Dillion, Vail and Silverthrone for additional choices in dining and nightlife. My daughters and I have had many, many wonderful times. We have had friends from all over the country and world, including those from the entertainment world, they have all loved Frisco, much more then several other Colorado resort communities.
The Unique Benefits at this House
From this house you can go to Copper Mountain Ski Resort in less than 10 mins, Keystone Ski Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort in 15 mins, Vail Ski Resort in 25 mins, Beaver Creek in 40 mins and Steamboat Ski Resort in 1 hour. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing is right outside the house. Snowmobiling is 10 - 15 minutes away. Enjoy the nightlife of Frisco, a two minute drive and a ten minute walk, Breckenridge is a 10 - 15 min drive, or Vail in 20 - 25 mins. In the summer the wonderful and fun Frisco Marina is a 10 - 15 minute walk, weekly festivals happening on Main Street, Frisco, then of course, hiking, road biking, mountain biking, fishing, both fly and rod. Summit County truly is "Colorado's Playground".

My extended family spent Christmas in this magnificent home and it was exceptionally wonderful. It is big and comfortable for a large group, has a lovely, well equiped gourmet kitchen and 2 big family gathering rooms. It's 6 bedrooms with attached baths allows everyone to have their own space while enjoying a large family reunion. The saunas and hottub after skiing were a lovely treat. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and felt very pampered. It really made for a special and beautiful Christmas holiday for us all!

This home is so spectacular. The pictures online do not do it justice. The cathedral ceiling in the living room, the huge doorways, the granite, the stone, and the woodworking are just lovely and have to be seen. It is in a great neighborhood with sliding areas and onroad parking for company. The kids skiied at Breck and Vail, but Copper and Keystone are very close as are all the outlet stores. Each bedroom is large and comfortable and has its own bath..

We just spent Memorial Day in Frisco at this great home. Wow, we couldn't not believe how beautiful in was when we walked through the door. Frisco is a very fun little town with a great mountain lake and lots to do but the house was so wonderful we had a hard time getting out of the house.

This is an amazing home. We felt like we were in a 5 Star Resort! The beds are so comfortable, the living space is beautful, and th gourmet kitchen is to die for. There is lots of room to spead out in, the adults had cocktails and laughed, while the children watch TV on the big screen TV downstairs. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. I would also recommend using the owner's daughter Jaime for services, she will buy groceries, get your ski equipment, it makes your vacation so much easier.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, comfortably elegant mountain home. The house itself is gorgeous and provides every creature comfort imaginable -- each bedroom with its own bathroom and flat-screen TV, great kitchen and large spaces for gathering to relax or entertain, hot tub and sauna. It's in a gorgeous mountain setting yet just minutes from the town of Frisco and ski areas. All-around fabulous!
