This is a one of a kind mountain view home. Large picture windows with views of mountains, trees and private golf course. Mild summer temperatures allow lots of outdoor time to enjoy the two large view decks. The flat entry from street and garage provide access to the level great room, kitchen, bathroom and view deck. A game table for late night cards and games, large screen TV, and gourmet kitchen make this floor the entertainment area of the house. The gourmet kitchen has large island, dual ovens, upgraded appliances and opens to a morning area with views, deck and BBQ.
Downstairs are 3 large, richly appointed bedrooms and 2 full additional bathrooms. Dual master suites both with direct access to bathrooms, one with jetted tub and walk in shower, the second with tub shower unit, both providing outdoor access to the second view deck. The third bedroom is next to the bathroom, laundry room, and den. The den has TV, a Nintendo entertainment system and large sofa - making it a great area for kids. The office is well appointed with a library of books and games for your use - and even a view of the golf course!

Why the Owner Chose Lake Arrowhead
This home is on a private quiet street with easy access in both winter and summer. The property has spectacular views, plenty of parking for large groups, and is a short commute to lakes, ski areas, and shopping/dining. The home has loads of light and windows to bring the feeling of the mountains right inside.
Fishing, ducks, park, volleyball fire ring within a 5 min walk of home.
Shops, restaurants, lake trails, merry go round, beach all within this 5 min drive. Try Papaguyos for great Mexican food with a view!
Water slides, surf board rentals, paddle boats and fishing!!

We fell in love with the location and views of this exquisite mountain home. After having numerous vacation rentals in the Lake Arrowhead area - we could not resist this upscale home as our home away from home. It has been a wonderful place to gather for family stays in both winter and summer. Almost every room has views of the Lake Arrowhead Country Club. Our children and now their children have spent wonderful summers on the lake, weekends playing volleyball at the corner park and winters tucked away warm and cozy. A delightfully clean and spacious home in an excellent location close to all Lake Arrowhead amenities. My family and I had an outstanding time at this golf course view home. Our nearby favorites in this Lake Arrowhead area are: lounging at this beautiful home, dinners at Bin 189 and The Grill, and shopping at Vino 100 and Jensen’s. You will not be disappointed staying here.

This is our second stay at Robyn's beautiful Lake Arrowhead home. We came back because of the wonderful house and great owners. Our first review, Michelle163, was just about a year ago and our family, including my sister/brother-in-law and kid + my parents could not wait to get back out there again for more family time. The Lake Arrowhead home is a perfect home base for us. This time we missed the snow and sledding so we went walking/hiking instead. We walked the golf course in the morning and hiked 2N25 in the afternoon, about a 15 minute drive. We made all our meals at the house where the excellent kitchen was put to use. The WiFi is fast. Someone was almost always streaming video or playing kid games on the internet. We also enjoyed Uno and Texas holdem on the custom card table and shooting pictures of star trails off the upstairs balcony. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will be back again soon!

Our Family stayed at this beautiful home over the holidays. We absolutely loved it. The house is so spacious, clean, well-lit, well-decorated and comfortable. The photos are great but don't even come close to doing the house justice. As soon as you walk through the door you are just taken away with all the comforts of home, plus more. We had our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the golfcourse. We all slept so well because there is no street noice being on a small side street. We could take our walks in the evening and not worry about any traffic. In addition, all of our linens and amenities were all there in the house, so we didn't have to bring anything from home. Just a quick run to Jensens Market and we were set for the week. The owners were so very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. We can't wait to return. It made our holidays so special to be able to be in this wonderful home with our family.

Charming Luxury Golf Course Home in Lake Arrowhead

We were extremely excited to spend the weekend in this charming spacious luxury home. The house floor plan wide and open was great for our weekend getaway. Two large decks as well as a entertainment room allows for our kids to spend time away from the adults. The views are amazing with prestine golf course and beautiful pine trees. The homeowners created a warm and welcoming environment with 3 large couches in the Living Room and a table for 8 people. We spent the morning drinking our coffee in the sitting room off the kitchen. What a great experience and time we had in this amazing beautiful house. Thank you for our experience and we'd love to come back every year!

This home is beautifully appointed with fine furnishings. Lovely kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Very quiet location, two great decks for relaxing and watching the golfers on the golf course.

My husband found this property and made it his first choice. Praise God that it was available on our desired weekend! We absolutely loved this beautiful home on a golf course! Perfect snow on a perfect weekend made for a great family snow trip. My in-laws, sis-in-law & family, and my family stayed for two nights and we now want to come back every year! Maybe even in the summer so my father-in-law can play golf. The house is so spacious, clean, well-lit, and well-decorated. The view of the pristine snow in the backyard/golf course made for peaceful and fresh mornings. Our two little boys LOVED just walking down to the back of the house and onto the snow for some sledding fun. It surprised us that there is no fence between the houses and the golf course! Next time we go, we plan on making ALL of our meals at the house. We went out to dinner on Saturday night, but maybe we'll skip that next time. It truly is a beautiful, comfortable mountain home. Please don't sell this property! :) We want to come back!
