The master bedroom has a king bed, master bath and walk in closet. The quest bedroom has a queen bed and a walk in closet. The guest bathroom is located directly across from the guest bedroom. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination whereas the master bathroom has a shower.
The kitchen and bathrooms are upgraded with granite tile counters. The kitchen has a high top counter with barstools that separate the living room and kitchen. All of the pot/pans, dishes and silverware are included. The dining room has a table with 4 chairs although we have additional chairs and the table can seat 6 easily. The living room has a big screen television that is housed in a dark wood full wall book case.
The backyard has a gas fire pit and is landscaped. The back patio has a black wrought iron table with 4 chairs, a outdoor patio loveseat and two chairs and a coffee table. The grill is a propane Weber grill.
There is a two car garage with a golf cart garage as well. Cable television and WiFi are included.
