Newly Remodeled, large (2600 sq ft), 5 bedroom/3.5 bath Ground Level Home with Heated Pool. Two Living areas make it easy for multiple families to enjoy. Just over a block from the white sand beaches and the free Island trolley, and a short walk to Shops and Restaurants in Holmes Beach. Sleeps up to 12!
Since purchasing the home, we have completed a major renovation resulting in a more open floorplan and have added new furniture, bedding, flooring, granite breakfast bar, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, landscaping, and new pool/decking.
The bedroom layout is perfect for multiple families traveling together. There are 2 master bedrooms - one king and one queen, each with a private full bath. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a private half bath. The 2 remaining bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each room and share a hall full bath. Three of the 5 bedrooms are equipped with a TV. The living room is equipped with a new 42" flat-screen cable TV/DVD plus queen and twin sleeper sofas. The family room, also equipped with a new 42" flat-screen cable TV/DVD, is open to the kitchen and leads directly onto the screened lanai and fully fenced pool. There is also a game room off the kitchen, perfect for family game night or for additional dining space. This is one of the few 5 bedroom homes on the island that is all on one level - no stairs for grandparents and families with small children to navigate.
Rising Tide is located just over a block from the 7-mile white sand beach of Anna Maria Island and is equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation including beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, large wheeled cooler, and outdoor shower.
Anna Maria Island is a special place with a pace and feel reminiscent of “Old Florida.” There are no high rise condos, very few franchises, and just enough nightlife - the highlight being sunset over the Gulf of Mexico every evening.

Why the Owner Chose Holmes Beach
On a recent Spring Break trip we fell in love with Anna Maria Island and after a somewhat exhaustive real estate search, we found Rising Tide – our new home away from home. We have traveled throughout the Caribbean over the last 15 years, but were delighted when we found the “island life” right here on the West Coast of Florida! We’ve been working hard to update the house, add the pool and make it a place we (and we hope you too) look forward to returning to as often as possible.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Rising Tide is ideally located mid-island in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's an easy walk to the beach (less than 2 minutes) and an equally easy walk or bike ride to the many shops and restaurants that are within several blocks of the house. And if you really feel inclined to leave the island (which we don't do often) the Manatee Ave. bridge to Bradenton is about a mile away.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We really enjoyed all the space the house had...this was such a great place for us to relax between wedding events. We loved that we could all have our own rooms but hang together by the pool. We also visited the beautiful beach often. Hopefully we will be back soon!

We stayed here with a family of 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 infants and the house was spacious enough for ALL of us. So much room and plenty of parking for 4 large suv's. The house was beautifully decorated, each room with its own unique touch. The pool and outdoor area was great for the kids . The beach was a few minutes away and worth the walk. The soft pillowy sand, warm waters and beautiful sunsets makes it worth coming back again next year. Sandbar for dinner and Paradise cafe for breakfast was our choice of dinning when not in the house. Overall A++

We really enjoyed our stay at Rising Tide. The house was exactly as advertised - spacious, comfortable and close to everything. Eating dinner at the City Pier restaurant was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely recommend this house and Anna Maria island for an outstanding vacation - we will be back!

Wow1 What an amazing week! Rising Tide was waiting for us, clean and cozy like an old friend. We walked to the sunrise each morning and the sunset each night, lounged by the private heated pool, shopped by day and enjoyed the vibrant arts community by night. The well-supplied kitchen allowed us to cook for each other and save money, and there was never a wait for any of the many bathrooms. Those of us who needed privacy got it, while some of us took advantage of the opportunity for enhanced girl-talk by sharing a room. We had a marvelous time! We've already reserved our week next year!

This may be one of the best vacation rentals we've ever had! The house is really big- easily room enough for 10-12 or more, although our 5 didn't feel like we were banging around either. Very fully equiped kitchen and plenty of towels. The pool is just the right size for cooling off and lazing about, and beautiful too, with nice landscaping and Palms surrounding it. The beach is only about 2 blocks at the most away, an easy walk, and the slight distance gets you out of the path of the beachgoers comings and goings that you might encounter with a location right on the water. Overall, a superb vacation experience; we left trying to figure out when we would be able to come back for another stay. We wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Rising Tde to anyone considering a visit to the Gulf Coast!!!

If your looking for a house to rent Rising Tide should be your be your first choice. The house is spacious for a large group and well equipped with linens, beach towels and beach toys. My husband and I are early risers and the bedrooms are located where we didn't disturb the late sleepers. My family of seven adults and two grandchildren made many wonderful memories during our stay. We talked, ate dinners and played cards out in the lanai. The pool is just right for adults and great for the young children. We enjoyed the crystal clear beach, saw beautiful sunsets, rode the trolley, fished off the pier, and had wonderful dinners Our only regret is that one week was not enough! We hope to be able to return someday.

We had a great time on Anna Maria! The kids loved the pool. We swam and swam! Our weather was awesome! The house was perfect for our size group and our young kids. We loved the trolley and watching the sunset. The kids loved the beach, the pool, and all the ice cream shops!
