Contemporary 5 bedroom home located directly on the Grassy Ridge Hiking Trail. Our home is within walking distance to Tyro Ski Run. It is ideal for 2-3 families vacationing together, or for the family that wants to vacation together and allow privacy. The basement level is designed for 2 family privacy with four bedrooms and adjoining private bath between the bedrooms.
The main level is a wonderful meeting place for everyone, featuring a big screen TV, DVD, bumper pool table and a fully equipped eat in kitchen. On the third level, there is a master bedroom and bath with jetted tub!. This room has a king size bed and a futon that converts to a double bed, allowing four to sleep comfortably.The Ski Lodge is located about two miles from the property,with restaurants, shops, and ski and snowboard rental.We also have a studio that is located directly in The Mountain Inn and is handicapped accessable. This unit is ideal if your party requires additional sleeping arrangements, or if you are traveling with elderly family members. The studio is located in the heart of the Resort.
Wintergreen offers something for everyone!. It is truly a four season resort, offering skiing, snowboarding, tubing, golf, tennis, hiking,skateboard park, mountain biking. Wintergreen is also known for their winery!

Off Season $200/night .. $ 999/week (2 night minimum).
Ski Season $300/night .. $1500/week (3 night minimum).
$200 deposit required, with the balance due 3 weeks before arrival.
Please write a separate check for $250.00 deposit which will returned
after your departure and the home has been inspected for damages.
Holiday rates are slightly higher.
150.00 cleaning fee...unless place is left spic and span and completely rentable
Passes included in the summer for 2 outdoor heated pools!

What a wonderful house! We stayed here for a long 4th of July weekend with my parents, sister's family and my family and had 6 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house is in a great location, we took advantage of the hiking trails several times during our stay. Thanks!!

Outstanding place to have any type of gathering. There was plenty of space, and the kitchen was spacious which was perfect for my family who likes to cook and mingle in the kitchen. Conveniently located near the slopes and the house is on a cul-de-sac...no traffic and wonderful for kids.

I just got back from Wintergreen after a 3night stay at this listing....all I can say is...WOW. The house was incredible...spacious, convenient to the slopes/resort, and the big screen TV was a great touch. This was our forst trip to Wintergreen, and after such a great experience, we are already talking about plans for another trip to Wintergreen, and we wil definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house and Wintergreen. The house was spacious and perfect for both kids and adults. We also used the pool, trails and skiing at the resort - was hassle free and convenient. We are coming back!

Our family, three generations, all enjoyed staying in this house togther because of its spaciousness. All 13 of us could eat in the kitchen/dining area together and spend time in the great room without feeling crowded. It is well-furnished and is close to the main attractions of Wintergreen. We liked being able to speak directly with the owners when we had a question.

This home at the Wintergreen Resort provided the perfect setting for our fall family reunion. A home was better for us than an inn because our four generations had plenty of space to enjoy one another. Everyone appreciated the house from an economical point of view because we had more money to spend on fun at the resort.

The house was in immaculate condition, almost brand new. The rooms are spacious. Breathtaking views, privacy, good hiking (you'd better be in shape). Nearby all resort facilities.
