We will be staying here ourselves in November and Febuary so we are flexible on your arrival and departure dates , with a minimum of 30 days , maximum of about 60 days . We'd like to finalize our plans so if you book before Sept. 15th , 2011 , we are willing to offer incentives both in the rates and in your choice of dates . Please feel free to call so we can talk about what works best for you. This is one of the nicest condos in Windward Cay , one of the nicest communities Windstar . Windstar is close in and convenient , a beautiful , low rise and low density community that will quickly become your favorite if you haven't already discovered this oasis . We try to alternate our limited rentals with personal use so you'll find it clean , comfortable and well equipped .
Windstar is a beautifully landscaped, peaceful and private gated community with convenient access to beaches, the famous Naples Pier, Fifth Ave. shopping and nightlife, and all the other attractions that make Naples such a desirable destination. Windstar On Naples Bay provides a boat shuttle for the 20 minute ride to Windstar's private beach on the pristine and unspoiled Keewaydin Island, an eight mile long barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities waiting for your use on the island include beach chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, showers, and rest rooms. There is also a very popular sunset cruise offered during the season .
While staying here you'll love the quiet privacy provided by this top (3rd) floor end unit condo with it's gorgeous direct sunset views over the golf course and mangrove preserve. Easy access from your private garage by elevator or stairs . A great place to come home , whether you've had a day at the beach, or been dining and shopping on Fifth Ave. Maybe you just enjoyed the day with a good book, walking or biking through the lushly landscaped, ever blooming, low density Windstar community . Some days we just enjoy relaxing by the Windward Cay pool, only steps away , considered one of the nicest in Windstar. No matter which of the area's activities you've chosen , you're sure to enjoy dinner on the lanai with the gorgeous direct sun set view over the golf course and mangrove preserve at the end of the day .
The high ceilings only found on the top floor combine with the triple sliding glass wall opening to the lanai, to give the main area a spacious, open feel. The main area includes a living area with entertainment center, a 40 inch TV, stereo, a dining area with comfortable seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A hallway off the kitchen leading to the den provides a pantry for extra storage, as well as a washer and dryer, plus an installed clothes line, ironing board and iron.
The cozy den has a view of the pool, two comfortable chairs and cable TV. A comfortable place for relaxing away from the main area with a good book, a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
The Master Bedroom Suite is tastefully decorated with soothing colors, Plantation Shutters, a King size bed and views of the golf course and mangrove preserve. It has a sliding glass door for easy access to the lanai. Other amenities you'll enjoy are the walk-in closet with convenient built ins, dual sinks, a large soaking tub, as well as a spacious walk in shower.
The guest bedroom is bright and cheerful, privately located off the foyer, away from the master bedroom. It has a pair of twin beds and has a full bath adjacent. The bedroom and bath can be closed off to make a private suite.
There is an additional room between the two bedrooms with a Queen size bed.
We are not members of The Windstar Club , so this condo might not be for the avid golfer , but Social , Tennis , and Golf tenant packages are all available by contacting The Windstar Club directly .
