Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I love the privacy of my house. Everything is gated and surrounded by lush ficus so if you need to have some peace and quiet here it is. Some people like gated communities but I prefer the space, privacy and freedom and comes with owning a stand alone home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We always go hiking, take long big rides, go to The River to one of their many restaurants or go shopping on El Paseo.

The owner actually uses the house himself so everything actually works, is new, clean, and easy to use. Very private, am coming back next year for a month, the owner gives you his cell phone, pool heater broke and was fixed within 4hours!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
