Hello, I am Ruth and I hope you will enjoy my lovely home in Ocean Village! I am retired and spend as much time there as I can.
Why the Owner Chose Fort Pierce
This is a lovely community with lot's of activities and people to do things with. I love the closeness to the beach and pools and it is very relaxing. My ground floor unit is also very easy to access, as there are no stairs to carry luggage up and my entry is just steps away from the covered parking area. There is a lovely full service restaurant with a beautiful ocean view.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The pool/clubhouse offers water aerobics and other classes to help stay fit. The golf course is just outside my door and the views are most relaxing. This is a quiet community and everything is in close proximity. The beach is not crowded and very easy to walk to and enjoy. Many other things to do and people to enjoy meeting with. It's a great spot to spend a long vacation and get out of the cold!
